To be avoided in a group/team
That being said, we had a lot of problems with the staff during our visit. We were there for a hockey tournament with our team. In all the hotels we have been to in the past, this team has received excellent compliments for their politeness, their respect, and their cleanliness. It was the complete opposite here, where the employees were very aggressive and disrespectful from the moment we arrived. We never felt welcome, with comments that they don't like hockey teams. Well, in that case, don't accept our reservation!
We were accused of making noise even though we established a strict curfew with our players. One evening, the hotel called the police because we were making too much noise... but we had all left that day. Some parents witnessed this accusation, even though the whole team had hit the road that evening and our rooms were empty.
We are capable of recognizing when our young people cross the line. But, in this case, it is impossible not to recognize that some employees were on a "power trip." After discussions with other hockey teams, they had the same experience as us.
In short, the hotel in general is very good, but I would avoid it in a group context.

Enjoyable Stay.
The hotel and rooms were recently renovated from what we could tell.
The room was well appointed and the bed and bedding were very comfortable.
The included breakfast had the usual items that were replenished quickly by the attendant.
I would recommend staying here.

We spoke with Amber at the front desk and she was extremely helpful but the experience overall was unacceptable!
