Truly beautiful experience at this hotel

A friend and I stayed here for six delightful nights in their twin room.
It was very well fitted out with the sweetest balcony overlooking the pretty courtyard.
Always useful to have a freezer in the fridge too, and the air-conditioning worked very well.
The hosts were charming and the restaurants that Konstantino recommended were excellent.
The buffet Breakfast was very good & the cheerful Elena was on hand for further requests

No Hot water ???

We paid for two nights ( Christmas day and first day of Christmas ) and left after the first night on the next afternoon ( today 1st Day of Christmas) about 17:00 - 18:00 when we realized there was NO HOT WATER FOR THE JACUZZI OR SHOWER
After that being said ( no hot water available )
2 stars is maybe being extremely generous !

While this was an isolated and unforeseen issue, we acknowledge your disappointment and the inconvenience it caused. Unique & absolutely beautiful room & property. In old town where everything is happening. Walk everywhere.
Konstantinos was very helpful.
The breakfast was great!
Highly recommend.

Casa dei Delfini was one of the best hotel experiences that myself and my wife have had in Greece. (We come here twice a year) . The host, Katerina ,warmly welcomed us after a long day and showed up the hotel amenities. The room was compact yet spacious , full of architectural elements that harkened back to its Venetian/ottoman roots. The bed was beautiful with high quality linens and the room was spotless.
The breakfast and coffee were fantastic with many Cretan dishes and freshly prepared eggs.
I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in a well thought out piece of living history .

Simply Beautiful...

Simply beautiful... The care, dedication and passion that has been poured in to the renovation of this stunning building is evident in the attention to detail and perfect presentation of the hotel. If you are looking for a calm, tranquil and relaxing environment in the heart of a vibrant and bustling town then this is a fantastic choice. We stayed for 6 days in the penthouse suite and it was an absolute oasis. The room was spacious, well equiped and spotless, maybe not with as much architectural character as some of the other rooms but the terrace was fabulous. Such a relaxing space with sunny and shaded areas where you could just stretch out and enjoy the view, read, sleep etc. The staff were friendly, helpful and low key. Would definitely recommend as a base for touring the locality. Free car parking is a couple of minutes walk away and easy to navigate to.
