No red flags here, all superb, helpful and trustworthy. Saif and the crew accomodated us late night and early morning with excellent service. Very friendly and great in communication and efficiency. The room was luxurious with a great view of the Pyramids. Bring earplugs if you have a hard time sleeping. The city around is lively, which we liked.

We had a wonderful stay at Galaxy Pyramids View Inn. The rooms were beautiful, modern, and very stylish, with excellent room service and daily housekeeping that kept everything perfectly clean and comfortable throughout our stay.
One of the best parts of the experience was the stunning view of the pyramids.
The hotel staff was friendly and attentive, and a very special thank you to Saif for always helping us with everything we needed!!!! He was incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to assist, which made our vacation even more enjoyable and comfortable.
Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we would gladly come back again!

We had an amazing experience with the hotel. From the moment we landed until our departure, everything was exceptional. The entire staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcome throughout our stay.
I would like to thank everyone for their outstanding service, and give a special thanks to Saif, who went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. He was incredibly patient, always checking in with us and texting to make sure we were doing well and felt safe. His level of care and dedication truly made our stay even more special. Very clean property, the view from the suite was extraordinary! Mr Adam was very welcoming, Abdo was wonderful and very helpful to set up transportation with Mr Hassan and tours with Mohammed. The entire staff was great and very attentive.
