Very good

Excellent experience. Very comfortable. Excellent quality ratio. Price The place where the Hotel is located is spectacular. The attention was very cordial. Clean rooms. With always impeccable sheets and towels. The only thing missing is the Restaurant. We will be back

Hotel de paso

Basic hotel, good for spending 1 night and traveling. While it lacks a little more maintenance, the cleaning is correct. Laura Exc's attention, not like that of the young man who is at night. Quite unfriendly in its ways to treat the guest, being that it is in a public service position and we are Argentine choosing hotels in our country. We wouldn't come back.

Great Place

We stopped in Eldorado for the night on our way from Iguazu to Posadas, it was a lovely surprise! It was a nice hotel with a huge pool and very friendly staff. We pretty much speak only english and there is one staff member there (that I know of) that came in just to speak with us and make sure that everything was ok and that we checked in alright (this was on a weekend and it was her day off so it was really appreciated). We only spent one night here and we regret only spending the one. The atmosphere was quite and relaxing and theres a nice view looking over the town.
There are stray cats everywhere though, I didn't mind because I am a cat lover but it is something to look out for if your not one. The cats didn't bother with us though, they seemed more skittish then anything.

LO MEJOR Y QUE ATRAE, SU GENTE

Es un hotel que quedó en los años 70, pero que conserva una característica invalorable a la hora de hospedarse, su limpieza y lo mejor, la educación y amabilidad de su gente. Lo encontré muy venido a menos, cafe de filtro, antes era con capsulas. Toallas muy desgastadas. No brindan más el almuerzo a los huéspedes. Al hablar con un huesped frecuente me informa que el propio ACA prohibió que se abra el restaurante porque daba pérdidas. Sinceramente me cuesta creer que el ACA no asuma que el cliente no desea salir del hotel y muchos menos en un lugar donde no existen restaurantes. Pero claro, las autoridades del ACA están cómodamente sentadas en sus oficinas de Avenida del Libertador en CABA y no conocen que en Eldorado el único restaurante se encuentra en el Casino y dista a 20 minutos de auto, cuando el clima a veces sobrepasa los 40 grados.
Señores del ACA, no justifico abonar una cuota mensual de mas de $1000 por una grúa que nunca utilizo, sino que la contraprestación es con servicios.
Un placer todos y cada uno de los empleados del Hotel. Hacen mi estadía muy gratificante. Cuidenlos Sres del ACA, miren que fácilmente no conseguirán gente como ellos.

De pasada por un evento.

Vinimos con mi pareja por 3 noches y la verdad que a pesar de tener instalaciones antiguas el hotel está en perfecto estado, la atención del personal es Excelente, tanto como el parquizado y su plieta
