The front desk team has been extremely helpful throughout my stay and helped me resolve a few issues quickly and professionally. I really appreciate their friendly and attentive service. The breakfast is also very good, with a wide variety of choices available each morning. Overall, I have really enjoyed my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Perth.

Very Not Cool....

Great Hotel,would not recommend the Valet Parking,My Audi was destroyed and the hotel denied any accountability within the matter,I returned home to NSW via the airport and left my car for repairs(over $6000).Response from the Hotel.`I also acknowledge the repair estimate you have shared. However, based on the findings of our investigation, we are unable to establish that the damage reported was caused by our team member while the vehicle was being repositioned. As such, we are unable to accept liability for the repair costs.`

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Perth!

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Perth (early July for a week). The hotel's location is extremely strategic, situated right in the center of the city with convenient access to nearby attractions, dining, Train station, and shops.
The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and provided a great environment to relax. Overall, the atmosphere and vibe throughout the hotel were excellent.
A special note of appreciation goes to Riska at the front desk. I checked in late in the evening around 7:00 PM, and she was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and efficient. Outstanding service and an excellent job done by Riska!
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Perth and would definitely stay here again.

Food very good
Service friendly
But the noise in the room from road and concerts in particular was terrible way to loud with sirens etc and in general for the price of the room it should have double glazing and sound she be limited.

The breakfast was fantastic, tea at night average. Bar was good $8 pints Hann Super Dry 3.5, no Happy Hour due to RAC Arena having an event they said, not sure why that has anything to do with it. We had a room 2nd level facing arena, pretty noisy, good price though for room including breakfast.
