Great breakfast. Limited paid parking was full several nights but we were able to find some on the street a few blocks away.

Great hotel for a Munich stay. Close enough to UBahn and buses for city access without city hotel prices. Great family run hotel with great care and attention to detail. Our go to when visiting Munich!

Modest and comfortable stay in Munich

A modest hotel in the suburbs of Munich. Close to an underground station and connected by bus.
Good breakfast served by pleasant staff in a nice spacious area . Rooms are small but well maintained

This was a very wonderful place to stay. I actually wished I stayed here more days than I had previously booked. Nevertheless, breakfast was very delightful, the staff was kind and helpful and the room and amenities very good. I would return to this location in the future.

Absolute disappointment with customer service

I am absolutely appalled by the customer service of this hotel! I was assured in writing a price of 119 € for the room for 3 people
- without the slightest hint that this price should apply "per night". Only at check-out was I suddenly charged twice the price of €238 - without any warning or explanation.
When I confronted the hotel, I received an outrageous and condescending response that completely rejected any form of responsibility and even implied to me as a guest that my expectation was "far from reality" and that I was not a "semi-experienced traveler." I find this not only inappropriate in tone, but not professional.
This behaviour is totally unacceptable to me.
It shows that people here apparently prefer to unsettle guests and work with poor communication rather than being honest and transparent.
Clean rooms and central location are not enough when customer service is so disastrous.
Absolute disappointment - I strongly advise you to secure yourself well here or better choose another accommodation right away!
