Family Hotel

A very cozy, traditional, colonial hotel, a bit old; the service, kindness, and warmth of the staff are excellent. The breakfasts are very healthy and varied; I would say it is a family-friendly hotel. I would recommend that the hotel renovate some decor details that already look worn (carpets, cushions) and renovate the bathrooms, as they are old. The location is perfect, close to everything in the center of Cuenca and its surroundings.

Carnival in Cuenca

The staff is awesome. Breakfast included in stay was delicious. Diaily Breakfast. Some days were omelets others pancakes; everyday there was juice yogurt, granola toast with butter and jam , coffe and tea. Secure building. We visited during carnival and we able to use the dryers for wet clothes. Very clean, great value definitely recommend.

Special city hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Local specialities are served for breakfast. Night egg is all the street noise. Parking available but driveway only suitable for professionals
