Super Preis-Leistungs -Verhältnis
Hatten eine tolle Woche im April, einige Skifahren immer noch verfügbar, wenn Sie reisen und viel laufen.
Wir zahlten 20 Euro extra für Mont Blanc Aussicht, es war auf jeden Fall wert. Das Apartment ist sehr einfach, es gibt mindestens low quality Geräte, aber es hatte alles, was man braucht. Es war warm und sehr sauber, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Pool ist eine gute Größe und wieder sehr sauber, aber man braucht eine Renovierung. Man musste extra zahlen für Sauna oder Dampfbad. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten.

The end of a great residence!
This residence in which we had an excellent stay 5 or 6 years ago has been abandoned. The swimming pool has not been working for months, there are no humans left, the building is a collection of studios in deplorable condition, no equipment, our friends had absolutely no heating, impossible to cook, mattress, ears, everything is old and decrepit. A disaster.

Very disappointing
Quite a few things are really bad! First of all, the pool used to trump customers seems to have been closed for years (there's even a letter from the syndic at the entrance stating that the pool is closed for the 2022-2023 season for technical and commercial reasons!!!). The so-called "SPA" also appears to have been closed for years. The establishment also seems to have two accounts, one with a few positive comments and the other with hundreds of complaints. In addition, we had no bed (despite the mention in the confirmation e-mail), there were hardly any kitchen utensils and only one chair. The place used to be a hotel, but it's lost a lot of its charm...

Good value, well positioned.
Well its not 5 star, but its not bad. The apartment is well located, with great views out over mont blanc & really well positioned for skiiing / hiking / snowshoeing etc. The pool is closed (for maintenance i understand). Its not a hotel with reception etc. Its a self catering apartment chalet complex, where if booking through an agent, bedding can be arranged ahead of time - this is clearly explained in the booking forms. Many of the apartments are privately owned, so the remainder appear to be holiday / short term lets. So overall, you get what you pay for - in my view, pretty good value.

Avoid this property at all costs - and also stay clear of the owners/agents who manage the bookings
The worst, most appalling customer service I have ever experienced and a truly terrible place.
Could not access the property with the code supplied, only able to eventually get in when someone luckily was coming out. No response from my urgent email to (absent) owner/manager.
Entered the (extremely grim) apartment to find no bed linen or towels, on querying this I was told these were only supplied at extra charge with 48 hours notice - no mention of this when I booked the night before, and emphasised it was a distress purchase as my wife was in hospital locally.
I then went to look at the property's swimming pool, which is described and shown in numerous attractive photos on website.
However the door was locked and I was later told by the owner of an apartment in the building that it was not operating, and had not been in use, for about two years.
I complained to owner/manager, who not only refused to apologise but also rejected my request for a refund when I confirmed I was cancelling.
I urge anyone considering this property - do not even consider staying here.
I suggest you also avoid what appears to be the managing agent - montblanc-booking.com whose customer service is simply non-existent.
I am still incandescent with rage - and also bitterly disappointed that Hotels.com simply washed their hands of the complaint, saying they could do nothing if the owner/agent had already refused a refund.
I hope this saves others a dismal and frustrating experience, which in my case left me hunting for alternative accommodation late at night while also worrying about my wife in hospital.
