Unhealthy room and hotel to banish

In our opinion, this hotel should be banned and we deplore the condition of the room and bathroom.
On the breakfast side: dirty and wet breakfast trays, dust at the sideboard and a caramel jar at half dry disposal.
Side bedroom and bathroom: no bed base, but just a board under the mattress. Large spider web, toilet scaled, poorly positioned and leaning right. Paper on unstuck headboard, wooden plate in a closet unstuck and placed on the ground, cracked and crumbling wall. Old visible water damage and lots of misery covers instead of real repairs.
The worst part was the presence of many molds, a lot of moisture and very strong odors of closed.
There must also have been the problem of mould, moisture and/or odors trapped in other rooms, as many of them had the window open, despite the temperatures falling outside.
We were asked to send our complaint by email, but 3 days later we still have not received a reply.
It is inconceivable to pay 94€ for a night with breakfast for 3 people for a service of this order.
We paid for rooms at a much cheaper price for a superior service.

Very disappointing experience.
We booked this hotel for two nights but checked out after the first night because the room was in an unacceptable condition. It was not clean, smelled musty, and was full of mosquitoes and flies. It was simply not a room we could comfortably stay in.
When we checked out, the receptionist apologized and assured us that we would be refunded for the second night. We were told the refund would be processed within two days. It has now been almost a week, and we have received neither the refund nor any response from the hotel despite following up.
Poor room quality, poor customer service, and broken promises. I would not recommend this hotel.

TO BE DEMOLISHED

Unhygienic room, handprints on the door suggesting a former crime scene, flies, mold on the walls, stained sheets and towels, hair in the sink, suspicious stains on the table/desk…
In short, we left immediately. It was out of the question, for the price paid for one night, to accept sleeping in such a deplorable and poorly maintained room. And even if it had been cheaper, we would have left as well.
Really to be avoided, or even demolished, worthy of a new concept "Nightmare at the Hotel."

BEWARE this is a non-renovated MOTEL, not the usually great B&B hotels we have stayed at before.
