A special authentic place in Samos in the quiet village of Limnionas.
An very restful stay in a beautiful location below the Kerkis mountain amidst olives and pines. The studios nestle within. Below, the clean and sparkling Aegean is 5 minutes down the hill. The family were very welcoming , friendly and accommodating to our needs. In their bistro 2 minutes across the olive grove, the food is delicious, fresh and authentic. A splendid wood burning stove sits in the corner. We can't recommend this place more.

Comfortable, clean and relaxing
a great, comfortable stay in a more remote part of the island. The apartment was clean and well equipped with all things you need for a studio stay. The view to the bay and surrounds was very enjoyable each morning as we are our breakfast from the balcony. As such, we recommend selecting a room with bay views.
Great value for money all within a 5 minute walk to the beach.
A car is required to be able to drive around the region and visit other towns, our favourite being Marathokampos for its sheer beauty. Eating selection and choice is great in nearby areas, but do not forget the host runs his own traditional style restaurant.
Highly recommend this accommodation.

Family owned by the friendliest folks, gorgeous views and a peaceful setting
For a relaxing vacation with warm Greek hospitality, a short walk to a pleasant beach, and delicious home-cooked meals, you can't go wrong with Galini Studios. We felt like honored guests!
The studios are simple and very clean. Lots of bedding for the still-a-little-chilly temperatures in April. The self-catering kitchen has just enough space, dishes, and cooking tools for you to prepare your own breakfast and light, stove-top meals (note: there is no oven).
Perhaps our favorite feature was that each studio opens on to a cute balcony with sea views. The double-doors have a draw-down screen that lets you enjoy the sea air without letting any unwanted flying critters into your room (we only saw a few flies and mosquitos during our stay). We enjoyed our morning coffee out here on each of the 6 days we stayed.
What really rates this charming place as Excellent, however, is the hospitality of the friendly Galini family. Samos was our last stop in Greece before we headed on to Turkey, and we knew we would be there almost a month before Samos's "real" tourist season.
In chatting with Kiki by email, she was clear that even though it was early and they were still getting ready to receive guests, they'd be happy to have us. The homey Galini restaurant was not officially open, but Dimitris cooked about once-a-day for us (delicious food!). He also took us up to visit Pythagoras cave. Kiki gave us hints on hiking around the area and visiting a local tiny village and took us grocery shopping on our first day since we hadn't rented a car and local busses weren't running yet.
Our family of 5 is on a trip around the world for 11 months, the Galini family were one of the most-welcoming hosts we've met on the road.

Very nice restaurant
Traditional Greek Kitchen from Dimitri. Even bread is coming out of traditional oven in front of you. Olive oil is wonderful. Lamb with lemon is highly recommended. Prices are reasonable. The best restaurant at the southwest of Samos island. Hotel is nice and quite too.
