I was here just a great hotel

I was stay here thats nice experience i was love here there is manu tourist place if you searching for great tourist in punjab in this only stay at keyon hotel great hotel great staff lovely people seriously i recommend that the only hotel i want to stY again

Very Unprofessional Behaviour by the Management

Recently booked a 2 days stay at this property..
Was supposed to reach here at 10:30 pm but due to farmer's protest,my train got terminated at Ludhiana and Rail Routes & Roads were blocked so i thought better to cancel the plan....
So i requested the hotel to refund for atleast one day but they refused to do it..
Then somehow i managed to reach amritsar by taking help from my friend...
When checked in to property,rooms were so average , Washrooms were so unhygienic,jet pump and shower were not working..
Won't recommend this hotel to anyone...
Atleast seeing the situation, they should have understood the problem..

Very Nice Experience

Its been very nice stay with Radisson Blu, when we reached at hotel seen beautiful fountain with relaxing sound which gives us relaxing feelings before enter into the lobby, then our checkin with as very quick and they gave us very beautiful view room which has a very comfortable bed to sleep, then had our breakfast and Ms.Chandani did my quick checkout and was very hospitable, thanks gor your hospitality.

Excellent Hospitality. Excellent Food staff is very coperative Excellent Room service Good embienns STAY LIKE HOME Homely atmosphere. Location is excellent n city view Neet n clean rooms. Well dressed staff
