One of the best place to stay .
We came with family . Staff's attention and service was very good. The food at the hotel was very tasty. This is a new hotel. Must stay their if you are planning to go.
Rooms are spacious and at that price it's best option available.

new hotel, poor location
The location of the hotel is close to 2nd parchi counter. There are no clean eating places nearby, you will also have to add at least another kilometer to the trek as it is not on usual public transit route include auto rickshaws.
Expectations on the service should be low as it is a family run business managed by two brothers. Rooms are new so they are well maintained, It has very hard matress and small pillow. Wifi is available only in the lobby.

Horrible Experience!!
Please do not spoil your trip by making a booking at this property for the following reasons we experienced:
1. The Hotel is situated in a shabby area (gali) which can only be accessed by a auto.. So if you are travelling in a large group and hire a Tavera for pick up-drop, be ready to walk for a while with your luggage on a narrow-uneven road..
2. Special thanks to Mr. Munnu (Front Office Manager) in making our stay miserable.. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour for a his job title.. The bell boy and waiter sounded more polite and helpful than him.. He seemed to be dealing with his own problems and treated us with utter disrespect and arrogance..
3. We were refused for early check and therefore we had to book our rooms for a previous day also and upon the date of check in (i.e. on the 2nd day) we had to wait for almost an hour to check in as the rooms were not ready yet..
4. Further, we had booked 2 AC rooms and at the time of check in we received non-AC rooms.. We were finally allotted proper rooms after 11 hours from the time of our arrival.. Yes, good 11 HOURS !!
5. The Hotel is supposedly inaugurated an year back but its condition doesn’t supports so.. The floor of the room hasn’t been cleaned since ages, the linen is extremely unhygienic to use, their is absolutely no toiletry available, no dustbin in the bathroom, a dusty blanket with no cover, 2 glasses and an empty jug which smells and looks like they have never ever been washed, and the list continues.. You will have to pay an amount equivalent to a 3 star hotel category and all you will get in return is “a series of disappointments”..
6. Stay hungry but do not even order for tea/coffee, let alone be an entire meal.. Because if you do so, either your order is forgotten to be prepared or its served inedible..
7. You will have to repeatedly ask for small little things like towels, and water, and mosquito repellents but your voice goes unheard by the staff, probably because there isn’t sufficient staff to take care of the needs of their guests.. And whatever little there is, they are hardly bothered..
So BEWARE before spending your money and patience over a place like this..!! A definitely BIG NO for this Hotel..

Nice budget hotel to stay
It is great budget hotel to stay at. I stayed here with my family and we enjoyed our stay.
Rooms are neat and clean as well as washrooms.
Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. and the food provided at hotel is great in taste and all vagetarian dishes.

good budget hotel
it is very great hotel in this price range. we booked through goibibo with heavy discount. location was great. near yatra parchi counter and rooms was clean with all facility. will stay again if bulava of mata in march. JAI MATA DI
