My most enjoyable break at the Gleneagle hotel

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the staff were most helpful, the food was first class and cleanliness in the rooms was first class. I’ll definitely return soon for an enjoyable break

Brilliant experience as always.

The Gleneagle is a fabulous place to stay. There is a brilliant atmosphere in the hotel. The staff are all so professional, efficient and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure that your stay is very enjoyable.

Thank you for the Hospitality

Killarney is one of the best places in this country and the beautiful Gleneagle Hotel is one of the best to stay in. The customer care is excellent, friendly, welcoming, I would say it feels like Home away from Home. The family rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable. The Kids Club has great entertainment. Our family getaway to the Gleneagle was stress free. The staff make a difference their friendliness is outstanding, breakfast is gorgeous with a great variety and what a pleasure it was to see the lovely Maura at the breakfast checkin desk.
Keep doing what you're doing and we'll keep coming back thank you Gleneagle

A fantastic stay for one night. Great food, staff and plenty to do. My son loved the pancake making machine on the morning. It was his favourite thing. Also, lovely pool with family changing room and shower. Our room had amazing balcony overlooking mountains. We went to a children's disco which was lovely before evening entertainment. I'd highly recommend. I've already booked my next stay.

Nice staff, worst room ever (for this high price)

First of all: Staff is great and very friendly. The room however.. and for this price.. never again. The bathroom was moldy (we used the shower in the pool), the water splashed out of the faucet, the beds were for very small people. We aren’t even that big but the beds were too short. There was no airconditioning but also no mosquito nets for the windows to compensate. The room was overall not very clean and very outdated. At the front desk I was told that if we came another time, we should ask about a room with airco, they’d be nicer she said. Than why didnt we get that room right a way for this price? We payed almost 300 for one night… this was a once in a lifetime.
