A great stay in a great location

My sister and I had a lovely stay, everything went perfectly. Vincenzo welcomed us and was a very friendly, professional and attentive host.
Our rooms were excellent, very good size, comfortable and clean. The breakfast, though limited was absolutely fine (there were eggs and sausages only on the last day – Saturday).
The location is perfect! It doesn’t get much more central than that.
And of course, there is the absolutely delightful terrace where we were able to have breakfast in the morning and a drink in the evening.

Mold everywhere. Do not stay here!

ery disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the condition of the room: shortly after entering, I noticed my eyes were itching and the room felt very stuffy. I later discovered visible mold on the walls. I contacted the property via WhatsApp and requested a room change, but was told they were fully booked. They said I could leave, but refused to refund me for a room with a mold issue.
The check-in process was also frustrating. Immediately after booking, I received multiple messages saying I would need to pay an additional fee to check in after 2 PM on a Sunday, which I found completely unreasonable. When I tried to cancel, my messages went unanswered for hours. They eventually allowed me to check in without the fee, but the experience was stressful and poorly handled.
I am requesting a refund through Booking.com and do not think guests should be charged for a room with visible mold.

Do not book this place. They market themselves as a bed and breakfast but what is really going on is that they have rooms in various apartment buildings across the neighborhood. There is no front desk, no breakfast location and the instructions to get into these buildings are very complicated. The first room I had was in a bad location that felt unsafe and my room did not have a window. It had an opening to a porch space that was completely inhospitable. For the breakfast they left coupons to a restaurant in the neighborhood. I only stayed there one night and moved to a better location and bed and breakfast on Piazza Dante.

Amazing front desk Donya and Vinzenso! Central location- best location! Clean room. Breakfast is decent, bed is on the hard side - I suggest placing some mattress soft topper.

Room was excellent and staff at pysical location very helpful. Had difficulty with the off site staff finding the cost of the shuttle versus taxi service from airport and which they would recommend for a woman traveling alone. By time I decided on the shuttle (30 euro) it was not available. The first official taxi quoted triple this amount which I refused. Did find a driver that did it for 30 euro but dropped me off 1/2 block from B&B. Signage at entrance not easy to see. Once inside again signage not visable. I started upstairs only to find gate for entrance was left side of entry level. I had breakfast late and was only person eating. Offerings were limited but adequate. Ate at restaurant across from entrance that features ragu dishes. Portions huge and too salty for me. Was packed as this was Easter Monday holiday.
