Intuition in Kutchan lockt mit einem Aufenthalt nur 5 Gehminuten von Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU und Niseko-Shakotan-Otarukaigan Quasi-Nationalpark entfernt. Dieses Aparthotel im luxuriösen Stil ist 30 km von Rusutsu Resort (Golfplatz und Freizeitpark) und 11,7 km von Internationales Skigebiet Niseko Annupuri entfernt. Dieses Aparthotel ist eine Nichtraucherunterkunft, die im Jahr 2022 erbaut wurde. Intuition serviert seinen Gästen köstliche Speisen im Niseko Amaya (Seasonal). Die Rezeption ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten besetzt. Vor Ort gibt es Folgendes: Parken ohne Service (kostenlos). Fühl dich in einem der 54 klimatisierten Zimmer, die über Fußbodenheizung und einen Smart-TV verfügen, wie zu Hause. Ein WLAN-Internetzugang (kostenlos) ist ebenso verfügbar wie Satellitenempfang. Zur Austattung gehören Safes und Wasserkocher; die Zimmer werden auf Anfrage sauber gemacht.

Modern hotel in Niesko, tucked away on the quieter end of Hirafu
A few friends and I visited Niseko in December 2025 and stayed in a three-bedroom suite at The Intuition for a week. We had an amazing time!
The hotel feels new, and all the fixtures and furniture are in excellent condition. I loved the convenient location in Hirafu; it's within walking distance to most places yet feels private and tucked away on the quieter side of the slopes across the street from the Family Lift. Our room had stunning views of Mt. Yotei, and we were fortunate enough to enjoy several days with clear skies. The living space was super spacious, and the open kitchen setup was perfect. We gathered at the bar seating and the dining table after long days on the slopes.
While everything in Hirafu is walkable, I highly recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay. This allows you to explore different ski resorts easily. The hotel does offer complimentary pick-up and drop-off services around the Hirafu area, but these tend to book up quickly during peak season, so keep that in mind.
The breakfast had a great selection of both Japanese and Western options served buffet-style for a quick and efficient start to our days.
The staff were incredibly helpful. They arranged airport transfers to and from the hotel and assisted us in planning activities like horseback riding and a snowmobile tour.
I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niseko!

But i hate to smell food every time entry lobby, elevator, ski room and any room connecting to you restaurant.
I dont know what happened but every day after shower and having breakfast,.. my clothes are smell like fish market
Only me and my bro Ivan have breakfast
The girls just have 1 time for all stay because this stinky smell to our clothes after eat..

I am not sure who was responsible for the photos and description of the hotel, but it was certainly not what we were expecting. From the website it appeared that there was an onsen in each room as it was listed as a "room amenity" it turned out that the only room that had this room amenity was the penthouse. When we arrived and checked in the room was lovely. However, there were many issues after. Apparently, we were the only ones at the hotel. The room did not have an onsen... ok, fine we will use the hotels onsen... nope it was closed. but we could use one at another one of their properties. No thanks, I don't want to travel 10-15 minutes to another property to be cold and wet. Ok, let's have a bite to eat and cocktails. Sir when does the bar open? It's not, but there is one 10-15 minutes away. We walked to the convivence store (10-minute walk) got some supplies and returned to our lovely room (with parking lot view) My husband requested ice but was told he could go buy some at the convivence store. We were booked for 4 days after the 1st day we decided over our outrageously overpriced Indian take out (the only place open) that it was best just to cut our losses and go to Otaru in the morning. Of our 20 days in Japan this was the worst. Either close the hotel or advise that "green season" everything shuts down. There were zero amenities. It was expensive lesson, but we had a great time in Otaru and only wasted one day of our vacation.

Convenient and really comfortable stay
Was a great experience staying here, as the hotel offers many services that made my stay very convenient. The hotel uses Whatsapp as a form of communication for transport arrangement so that getting around the town was simple and easy. The good thing is that if you rent your rentals from Rhythm, you can return your rentals at the hotel without having to go back to the rental store. I was staying in the bedroom suite so there is a kitchen which you could cook in if you wanted to.
Overall, really convenient. Onsen was awesome as well! Cleaniless is definitely without a doubt, clean. The room has a full height window with a view towards the small town of hirafu and the morning sun filtering into the room which has a great atmosphere.
Amenities are a plenty with your own washing/dry machine in your room so you could wash your clothes everyday.

Extremely accommodating staff delivering responsive and friendly services via WhatsApp throughout our stay. The room and amenities such as the restaurant, hot spring are world-class! We really enjoyed all cutting edge smart features in our rooms and quality of the toiletry, mattress, pillows etc. It’s truly a solid choice beyond what the photo shows.
