The first thing we see at pour arrival is how great its location is. Right between the St-Hubert and the Tim Hortons, 1 minute walk from the great old downtown street that we like to walk with all the boutiques and restaurants, and close to anything else (Berceau du Canada, bank, mall, cinema, etc.). When we entered our room is when we liked it less. We were immediately struck by a strong, disgusting smell of humidity. It seemed to come from the AC, so I turned it off and the smell eventually went away. However, the floor carpet remained for all of our stay with an impression of humidity, cool and dirty. We were also hearing very well the room above ours. Was also noisy outside when the voyageur bus arrived in the parking late at night.
The rest was all good. We appreciated that there is still an alarm clock. Most motels these days remove them, probably thinking that the guests' cells replace them, but they don't! As soon as you open your eyes, you know what time it is! And a big positive point from this motel is that even though it has no breakfast inside, we get coupons for 50% off at St-Hubert litterally next door, so we've had a super great breakfast there for our whole 4-person family for less than 50$.
Pros and cons. May recommend it!

Worst expérience ever, never knew Gaspe had a ghetto

So bad i am not sure where to start..
Extremely noisy, the worst expérience ever in à " motel ". Some rooms are rented long term to people partying and having no respect for guests.. don't even feel safe staying here. Person upstairs looks to be selling drugs and is blasting rap music all day and night with 10 friends in the room....

The room was clean, well located, parking available, shops and restaurants at walking distance. Staff are efficient and very polite.

Avoid this place if at all possible as it's an over priced dump! Bathroom is Boeing size with a loud matching fan! The bathroom door opens outwards against the bed so you need to do a contortion routine to get out of bet and into the bathroom--which smells moldy.
