The staff were very helpful and polite. Parking was ample. Unfortunately, the hotel room was so dirty, we cut our stay short. The floors, around the edges between the sink and counter and the high touch areas of the rooms were visibly grimy.

Gross behaviour from front desk

(For aug 31, 2026)So I had the absolute nightmare of meeting Aniruddh Rajput and he was anything but welcoming. I’ve been able to use debit card and pay with cash many times before because I work late so it’s convenient for me. He then told me first I had to have credit card so then connecting to someone with credit card to book he told me he wasn’t doing booking for me anymore. He then wouldn’t tell me why he wasn’t booking me a room and then lied said there wasn’t any rooms available and then went back to say that he just wasn’t going to book to me. And I was questioning him why and he said he didn’t have to answer me. Which then he was trying to send me on the streets late at night when I’m a woman and he wouldn’t tell me why the rules suddenly changed. Im a dancer not l a prostitute but felt like that’s what he was getting at which he shouldn’t have had because I was alone. And he then banned me and was telling me to get off property without letting me find a place and then when I was standing outside kept coming out and telling to leave property while I was waiting for my cab driver. It was the most unprofessional thing and I will be telling everyone I know and reviewing this on my social media. Shame I liked going there before but that man was gross and probably shouldn’t be working in customer service.

My room was ready when I arrived. It had dirty underwear all over the room. Still waiting for my refund. Hotel was sold out and didn't have any availability. I had to drive to the next town late at night with two kids because no availability.

It was okay. At check in ,we had to press the bell several time before we could get a staff to check us in.
