Great view from Balcony
Arriving in the middle of night I was checked in without any problems. Its a small walk from the downtown area, in a quiet area with view over downtown
The style is a bit communist area, even the lift seems from this time. If you like that style, you will love it. If not, you will dislike it
The room was spacious , everything clean and it seemed silent. I had 2 good nights here, since the bed was comfy. The bathroom was spaciuos and clean as well
Breakfast was good. Only strange thing the Charcuterie and cheese was in a fridge
For Rijeka its a good offer

Heating does not work
The heating is not working, I reported the problem to reception and was told that they are aware of the problem without however addressing it. Just take the air out of the radiator, the pipes are hot but the radiator does not receive enough water.
If there was a manual screw valve I would have done it.
I was advised to use the inverter only being very old it makes a deafening noise every time it comes to temperature waking me up every time.
Other than that, the hotel seems to have stuck to the 1980s old and smelling old.
I hope it's being renovated soon.
I gave two steles and not just one because there is a very comfortable garage including

Good cost benefit close to the center
The hotel is old. It is fairly well preserved, but the age is clearly noticeable. Despite this, it has a good parking space, easy to manoeuvre.
The location is very good, very close to the historic center. Access to the hotel is easy.

Good solution near the center but do not have too many expectations
10 minutes walk from lcentro, great for the garage included in the price.
Structure a bit dated, with signs of "abandonment." breakfast included but nothing big, little choice for the sweet part greater choice for the salty part, poor quality drinks. Check-in to be done necessarily from 14h onwards, not before, so then at that time you queue .. especially if there is only one employee to take care of it. Noisy room, despite being on the 4th floor you could hear all the noises coming from the street, even at 2h at night. Stained carpet or not well cleaned, there were obvious stains of dog feet on the ground. There is neither a minibar in the room nor a drinks machine in the lobby.

Decent
Looks older from outside, pretty good once inside.
Very tiny room but clean. The bed was very small I offer to pay for an upgraded but I was told there are no vacancies. Which was not entirely true when I checked out early morning, there room accreoa mine was open, and empty. I took a peak andx and a picture. See attached, that is what it should have looked like. The pictures pictures on the booking sites are probably taken with a wide lens, it makes everything look bigger and wider. Good trick.
Shower was another problem, no pressure and the wall shower head holder was so way high up on the wall. Not an issue for me to reach up to it but an average person will never get to it. My issue was that it was broken so I had to use one hand shower routine which I hate.
Why don't they check ands repair these ahead of time?
Parking free in front of the hotel, location is prime 10 minutes walking to the core and breakfast was good. I asked for fried eggs, only scrambled at the buffet, they made it for me.
The shower ands the size of the room and bed got the stars down from me.
