1 week in August in Split

We had a pleasant stay at the Boban Luxury Suites, with several positive points.
The room is spacious, with a large comfortable bed, plenty of storage, and a large shower. The toilet is integrated into the bathroom. The pool, about 25 m², is pleasant, with lounge chairs available and large umbrellas. On the other hand, the hot tub was broken during our stay. We also noticed for about three days that the pool water was starting to get cloudy.
Regarding services, it is a shame that no snack or light dining service is offered around the pool, and that there is no water fountain available.
Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m. However, when we arrived around 9:30 a.m., it was sometimes difficult to ask for more: we were reminded that the hour was late and some products were not easily replenished. A toaster is also missing, which would be appreciated.
The location, however, is a real strong point. The beaches are accessible about a 10-minute walk away. On one side, there is a beach with sand, a cocktail bar, and a very beautiful view. On the other side, in the opposite direction to the old town, is a large beach with many restaurants and a pleasant esplanade.
In summary: a pleasant establishment with a large room, a good pool, and above all, a very good location to enjoy Split. However, a few improvements regarding pool maintenance and the services offered would make the stay even better.

Nice lodging 15 minutes from old town by walk

Easy, nice checkin on quiet street with nice restaurant front and great breakfast. We were allowed to store luggage there before room was ready if necessary, but upon arrival, early checkin was permitted. Room was nice with comfortable bed and nice balcony for a meal and mini-fridge. Television reception was not good, with some Sat box that wasn't self-explanatory but it seemed to be a poor signal, making a show unwatchable. TV is certainly not expected so no biggy. Very nice experience.

Lovely boutique hotel with easy access to the centre of Split

My friend and I spent a lovely four nights here. Our room was huge with a wrap around balcony and superb air conditioning during a hot period.
Staff were friendly and welcoming and we were really impressed by the breakfast which was fresh and homemade.
You can walk to Split down the harbour path (20 mins), which is where a couple of the sandy beaches are (and some fab restaurants) but it is easier to either use Bolt (approx 8 euros each way) or the bus - use the Promet app - to get to the heart of town. Tickets 1 euro each way if booked on the app.
A lovely stay- the cold pool was a welcome relief at the end of a hot day .

Very apartments lovely place

Our first visit to Spit wow we loved it apartment where lovely every thing you need in your apartment lovely breakfast lots of choose from every where was clean lovely pool only gets the sun parts of the day but it was very hot in Sept it's about 15 mins walk to beach and 20 mins to the town which was fill of history had brilliant boat trip around the coast would recommend this great places to swim air 28 water 24 I would recommend Boban and would return

Amazing stay

We booked this hotel for a group of 21 girls visiting Split for a hen party and our stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel was a huge contributing factor to a successful hen party.
The rooms were clean, well equipped and the staff were helpful and friendly.
The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
The hotel also organised our transfers to and from the airport which was extremely handy for a large group.
I would love to visit Boban again and cannot thank you enough for giving us a really special stay in Split!
