gutes Stadthotel

Das Hotel ist relativ neu bzw. generalsaniert. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bett war bequem. Ein Hotel ohne Ecken aber mit einer Kante, dem Internet. Während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts hatten wir auf unserer Etage kein Internet. In der Lobby und im Frühstücksrestaurant funktionierte es. Das Frühstücksbuffet war überraschend groß mit asiatischen und kontinentalen Frühstück.

gut aber noch ausbaufähig

Wir hatten ein schönes und geräumiges Zimmer. Trotz Baustelle ruhig.Außerdem gibt es einen Parkplatz für Reisende mit eigenem Wagen. Die Klimaanlage kann auch heizen was bei 14 Grad echt toll ist. Allerdings hatten wir den ersten Morgen nur kaltes Wasser zum Duschen. Außerdem war das Zimmer nicht gut gereinigt( staubgewischt nur sehr mäßig und Haare in der Wanne) Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist gut sortiert aber immer gleich. Wenn man gekochte Eier haben möchte, nur extra hart. Die Suppe ist sehr lecker

Neues Hotel mit kleinen Mängeln

Haben hier 2 Nächte verbracht. Neue schöne Zimmer. Sehr schönes Bad, gute Betten. Leider kein Raucherbereichh im Hotel. Also raus auf die Straße. Frühstück sehr einfach,.Nicht dem Hotelstandart entsprechend. Schlechter Kaffee, kein Saft am Morgen. Kein Toilettenpapeier und Wasser am 2. Tags mehr. Sind halt Anlaufpropleme. Sehr weinige sprechen englisch. Keine Lobby wo man auch mal was trinken kann.

A good choice

I stayed here for two nights on a 30-day self-driving road trip that included both far northern and southern Laos, to Vat Phou. The vehicle I used, a four-wheel drive Ford pickup truck was hired from and returned to Luang Prabang.
This is a typical Asian-style city-center-style budget hotel, the likes of which can be found throughout Laos and the region in general.
I chose this accommodation because it had ample parking and good reviews.
The room and bathroom were large, comfortable, and reasonably clean. The refrigerator, air conditioning, hot water, and wi-fi worked well. The bedding, towels, etc. were good.
At a walk-in rate of 300,000 LAK, I thought it was average on the TripAdvisor scale but perfectly suitable for a couple of nights’ stay. A local-style breakfast was also included.

Good For Phonsavan

Quite possibly the best hotel in Phonsavan and also the newest. We pre booked a VIP room – The hotel may be new, however many features are still trapped in a time warp…..
The room was large and comfortable – You still require a key to open the room door, and the key must be left at the front desk daily if you wish daily maid service.
Note worthy, that for a new hotel there is a lack of electrical receptacles and no USB charging ports. The hot water is on demand but has a capacity of three to five minutes before turning to cold water showers!
A plus is the location – Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops as the hotel has no restaurant but plans to open one soon!
On the down side – The walls and doors allow hallway noise. The windows and exterior walls allow outside noise to permeate. We were awakened nightly by vehicle noise, noisy parties outside the hotel and guests returning late to their rooms…..
New Hotel with No Safe – Warnings posted by the hotel about not being responsible for anything left in the room
Breakfast was mostly Lao + Eggs, Fruit, juice & Coffee
