The hotel is older but very nice. Bed was comfortable. The hotel breakfast buffet was excellent with the whole staff very friendly. Would stay here again

Rooms are great, but the food there is by far the worst this includes the restaurant and rooms service. We most definitely won’t be returning due to that.

Bad not to stay again

The staff is very friendly
But everything is super hot
Especially the restaurant area, the gym, and the reception at 26-28°C should have a better AC system
Very outdated
The light in the rooms cannot be blocked by the window and you cannot rest

He compartido sus comentarios con el equipo de Gerencia General para garantizar que se implementen y revisen las directrices necesarias para mejorar la estancia dentro de la habitación.

Regular experience

There was no hot water in the room, we requested to remove the tray from service in the evening at about 11 and they never went for it:(
