Beautiful hotel restaurant beach club

We came to this beautiful hotel for our honeymoon for 11 days
This hotel is really authentic, relaxing, quiet
All the staff were great whether it was for the reception, breakfast, serving drinks on deckchairs, housekeepers, cooks, everyone was really caring
A person also to park our car dd rental
We took suite 26 and really top with its large terrace overlooking the ocean
A little piece of paradise in Tulum

Wonderful experience

Our stay at this hotel has been, simply put, incredible. My partner Álvaro and I, Minia, came here, and we are leaving with a wonderful memory, both because of the facilities and, above all, the human quality of the entire team.
We want to make a special mention of Bea and Iván, from reception, who made us feel at home from the very first moment. Always kind, approachable, attentive, and with a smile, ready to help us with everything we needed. Also to Guillermo, from the security team, an exceptional person, very professional, kind, and always making sure that everything was perfect.
And, of course, we want to thank the wonderful kitchen team: José, Emanuel, and Salomé, who made every meal a fantastic experience. In addition to the quality of the food, we highlight their very approachable manner, their friendliness, and the care with which they served us every day.
It is a pleasure to find such a committed team that makes the stay even more special. We are leaving very happy and looking forward to returning. Without a doubt, if we return to Tulum, we will choose this hotel again. Thank you so much to the whole team for making our trip an unforgettable experience!

Avoid! Awful service

Rained, ceiling leaked and damaged my hair straightener. Soaked our clothes (they didn’t have a dryer on site to help with this). We were moved rooms (after a couple hours) to a downgraded room, even though we had paid for the honeymoon suite. No reimbursements were provided and they tried to bribe us to not claim the room back by offering us wine from their bar… I’m sorry but it’s obvious that that is not equivalent. We should’ve have been reimbursed at a minimum for the difference in room costs, as well as the replacement of my hair straightener.
Avoid this resort at all costs!!!! Horrible customer service (except the one woman at the front desk- she was nice but not helpful).

We had a beautiful ocean front room which was great. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Reception helped arrange several taxis for us. The restaurant food and breakfast is very nice and the location is perfect. Would definitely recommend.
