Beautiful Campsite

Beautiful campsite on the Kunene River. Own ablutions with electricity from 10am to 5pm. Pool, restaurant and river rafting available. Staff very friendly and helpful. 250mb free wifi available on arrival and then you have to buy 1gig for N$180. Why not increase accommodation costs and then have free wifi??

EPUPA OASI

The place is truly stunning, unexpected. A beautiful and fairly wild oasis in the middle of an arid landscape. It's worth the whole journey to get there. We stayed in a tent right on the riverfront, a dream. We did both rafting and a visit to the Himba organized by the lodge, and I have to say they were both wonderful experiences. For those like me who aren't fond of lizards, I have to say it's full of lizards and monitor lizards!

Great stay

The camp is on the riverbed in de green. There is a very nice terras for a drink and food. The Epupa falls are really worth the drive.

Oase am Kunene River

You can walk to the Epupa Falls viewing point. You are sleeping in solid tents with beds and a bathroom so you can listen the river and the birds.

Outstanding experience

My experience in Epupa camp was stellar.
The glamping option was the perfect mix of being surrounded by nature and the luxury of a private room. Staff was kind and attentive to guest’s needs, the activities were fun, safe and well- organized. The falls and the scenery around the campsite are breathtaking. It was difficult to choose whether to partake in an adventure outside the camp (hike, falls, sunset drive, rafting) or simply enjoy the comfort and beauty of the campsite and laze around the river banks with a book and an iced-coffee.
I’ve lived for more than 2 years in Namibia and this might be one of my favorite campsite in the country.
