There is on-site parking ( limited) but it's payable.

No attention to customer’s satisfaction

I forgot my credit card in the hotel room, but after confirming that it was indeed mine, they refused to return it to me for liability reasons.
I wrote to them that I would sign any disclaimer and pay the shipping costs but I have not received any further response to my repeated emails.
Furthermore, even though I showed the reception the agency voucher confirming that the car parking had already been paid for by the tour operator, they refused it and made me pay for it again.

They were out of coffee 8 minutes before I he breakfast was closing. Resulting in several guests not getting their morning coffee. Multiple guests asked for more coffee, but was told there was no more. You could really see the disappointment in their eyes. In my opinion this is just poor service overall from the breakfast staff. And really downgrading the breakfast experience from «ok» to «disappointing».
I tend to choose hotel reservations based on a few of factors. One of them being the rated hotel breakfast. Scandic is usually known for having a good breakfast. However, this experience was just really disappointing and a frustrating start of the day.

Old, tired, expensive

Very old hotel that costs as much as new hotel in the city. Breakfast is totally miserable. Recommended to eat other places. The rooms smell old flooring

Credit card was charged without authorization

Hotel was pleasant, but they charged my credit card after check out without any authorization. I try to contact them several times thru call and email but didn't get any response.
