Good and cheap hostel in Cusco

This hostel is just 5 minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas and very good value for money. The owners are friendly and helpful and you also get a small breakfast every morning. Here you can get a single room with attached bathroom for the same price which many hostels in Cusco charge for dorms.

Super friendly owners and neat rooms!

We stayed in Euro Hostal before, after and between our trips to Machu Picchu and Manu National Park: 5 nights. We came here accidentally but we were very happy with our choice. It is a cute family hostal with super friendly owners. They are always willing to help you. The owner called agencies and taxis for us, and arranged the laundry for us. She even gave me some muña tea when I had trouble with my stomach. We had to leave around 5AM several times, and the owners woke up early to help us out. The rooms are clean and spacious (our room at least) and during our stay the curtains got an upgrade. Be aware to put on the electric shower in advance, to be sure of a nice hot shower. Points of improvement: sometimes it was a little bit noisy at night, and the owners speak only Spanish.

Excellent hostal familial

Excellent hostel. Owner are great People, very friendly and helpful. T hey helped us with tourisricak information, ticket or évent teach us how to do pisco sour ;) Ideally located at 5 min de la plaça del armas. I would definitly stay here again of i would come back one day to cusco.

The owners felt like family!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided: towels, soap, blankets, and tea. The owners were amazing! They made special tea for my boyfriend when his stomach was upset, they were extremely patient with our many questions asked in poor Spanish, they would make breakfast for us each morning by preparing the eggs we bought in addition to their continental breakfast (coffee, toast, jam). Very comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend it, especially for the great price.

absolutely the best hostel out there!!!

Since the beginning of my stay, Euro hospedaje has been a delight to stay at. It is a family run affair with a wonderful atmosphere, and loving caretakers. Wally and Gardenia, the owners of this marvelous hostel, have been nothing but kind and generous individuals with a real passion for making their guests feel welcome. It is possible to arrange all the trips and ruins around Cusco with them directly, including Manchu Picchu, for a substantial lower price than charged anywhere. Cusco is a place where they try to rip off tourist but Wally will make sure that does not happen-- 70 soles for the boleto turistico estudiante to visit more than a dozen ruins, museums, and festivals around Cusco. 175$ for transportation, entrance, and meals to all different treks, such as Manchu Picchu, Ollaytantambo, Chinchero Tipon, Pikllata, Pisac, Sasquewaman, quenco, Moray, Maras, Tambomachay, Pukupukara, and many more--this also includes the price for the hostal in aguas calientes, the base for Manchu Picchu, which we had a spectacular view of the mountain. I could not have been happier with this choice, especially since I was going to stay at Ecopacker hostel; however, in the end it was not worth what euro can offer. Ohh and breakfast is included everyday!!!
