Central location. Recommend.
Stayed here for 6 nights and had no issues. Yvonne and Melissa were so helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything needed. The breakfast was enough for us and tasty. Considering the hotel is on a busy street, we didn't get disturbed. Recommend if you wish to be central to cafes, restaurants etc.

Very well.
A really nice place to stay even more days.
Located in the historic center of Cusco a few minutes from the main square was probably an ancient convent then transformed into a residence.
The rooms on the first floor are connected in an external corridor that overlooks a charming well-kept internal courtyard where you can also have breakfast served.
Large rooms with bathrooms a little smaller but equipped just right with ample hot water available.
Yvonne and the rest of the staff speak excellent English and are protracted for every need (there is also an express laundry service).
We booked with them the tour of the Sagrada Valley where we met Saul, an excellent English Guide who gave us a truly exhaustive news panorama of the area.
Possibility of "stop over" luggage for the night spent in Aguas Calentes/Macchu Picchu.
The value for money is good.
The floor of the rooms is wooden and it's a bit noisy, so if someone in the next room gets up very early for a tour you may hear it.
Similarly, some rooms overlook the street below and, despite the double window that isolates, a bit of noise is felt, especially on weekends when there is a lot of music shot "ball" from the clubs in the center (they also provide you with earplugs and we anyway for the four days we were there we slept well even without).
Breakfast without juice/juice (but with a small fruit salad)

Horrible customer service and no hot water 2 days in a row!!!
This is the worst hostel/hotel I have ever stayed in. They didn’t have hot or warm water to take shower. I have asked them to fix it once before. They assured me that it will not happen again. The fact they lie to your face and act like it’s ok to not have running hot water two days consecutively is stunning. Their excuse was that they forgot to turn on the gas on 7/29/2024 and then again I tried to take a shower at 1am cold water. I don’t want to keep going back down for hot water. It’s something that should be available 24/7. They will ask you to run water for 5 min before it becomes warm, I have it running for 20 min still cold water. This place is a joke. Save your money DO NOT COME TO THIS SCAM PLACE

Amazing place and fantastic customer service!
I loved staying in Terra Sagrada, it was the favourite hotel I stayed in while travelling Ecuador and Peru. It is a beautiful rustic place with an amazing little courtyard and tea always available. I think what especially stands out in this place is the service. Stephanie at reception was amazing, she was always around to help with a smile. Ruth was also an absolute sweetheart, she stopped to chat to us and gave tips for our stay. On the days where Ruth was serving breakfast it was just that much nicer. The staff are so friendly and willing to help that it makes the stay so special. Thank you!

Beautiful hostel run by lovely people
I loved my stay here. This is a beautiful hostel and I was made to feel so welcome during my week here.
I had a private room with bathroom and everything was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and just what I needed with great wifi and normally very quiet, and the garden courtyard was stunning.
Everybody on the front desk was so kind and helpful to me from the moment I checked in until I left. Even when I had to change the dates of my stay, everything was looked after for me, including moving the luggage from one room to another. I also lost my credit card one night and the front desk staff found it and returned it almost before I even realised.
Also the location is literally perfect. It's on a relatively quiet road and just 5 minutes away from the main squares in Cusco, which is extremely useful as the majority of tours do pick-ups/drop-offs from there, so you don't need to worry about getting back after a long day at Rainbow Mountain etc.
The only thing I wished for were a couple of social events (eg, language exchange), but honestly everything else was so good it almost didn't matter. The hostel is stunning and everyone who works there was so lovely that I wouldn't hesitate in returning.
