Not what I have expected
We (couple with a child) have traveled to Sovata for the weekend. Location is the greatest thing about this Villa as it is at a walking distance from the lake and from the center. Free parking on premises. Regarding the rooms, the only good thing is that the bed linen and towels were clean and the staff friendly. They have called us on the day of arrival to offer (surcharge) a room with one double and one single bed instead of one with one double bed, which I have really appreciated.
This room was facing the main road and it was a bit noisy, but bearable. Regarding the accommodation itself, unfortunately, there is room for improvement. The furniture is quite old and squeaking. It seems that they have not invest anything since this Villa was opened. The smell on corridors, bath and rooms was not very pleasant. It was cold in the rooms. I know that we are in August and might have been costly to turn on the heat, but at least few more degrees in the room could make a big difference.
I did not use any common spaces, so I can not comment on that.

Affordable and Accomodating
An affordable villa with a central location. Have been going to this villa for the past 4 years with my family and have been more than happy with the facility's. There is free parking, wifi and kitchens as well as a dining area. If you are looking for a reasonably priced accommodation this is for you. With only 10 mins walk from the central lake it is a relaxing holiday stay and destination for all of the family.
