LOVELY place to stay.

This place was AMAZING! We had our family reunion in apia and stayed at Orator. Perfect location just away from the busy town area. The owners Jerry and Charlotte are AWESOME folks! Very personable and always willing to help. The staff are all FRIENDLY and felt like family there. It was home away from home. You can’t ask for a better spot to stay. Breakfast/luncheon/sunday to’ona’i was well prepared and reasonable cost.
We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jerry/Charlotte and your entire staff. We appreciate you all, God bless you guys. Lots of Alofas. Gertrude Faapito and Glenister aiga.

Needs work

Not the greatest experience. This was the only place that had rooms due to the busy time in Samoa.
The check in experience was ok however it would be good if the receptionist had more experience incorrect Info on the buffet times was incorrect, wifi etc and needed to check every question we had.
Beds were tidy, sink for bathroom is on a lean so drawer kept opening.
Pool area had empty beer bottles by the chairs even though it appeared there were only a few rooms used.
Cleaners changed towels on the first day…. Nothing else. The next day I think there was a Fijian cleaner who did a wonderful job.
The saving grace was Joseph who helped with our bags, sorted the TV, told us how to dial out of our room, got toilet paper because there was none in our room and basically knew his stuff.
My suggestion is to put Joseph on reception. Was a problem solver from the onset!

Beautiful gardens&great staff. Good building

We travel to samoa every year, this was 1st time we stayed at the orator but we will stay there again

The room has been serviced very well, staff have been pleasant and respectful, awesome breakfast , very friendly and family orientated. We really enjoyed our stay ,very quiet and private it suited us so well. A safe place to relax and the service delivery is on point.

Wonderful Sunday Lunch for Father's Day 2025

Our family had Father's Day to'ona'i at the Orator Hotel today. Their Sunday buffet was wonderful. Excellent variety of foods, lovely atmosphere and, great service. It was very nice to meet the Chan Mow family again after all these years. Beautiful hotel. Malo lava to your beautiful aiga! All the best for rest of 2025. I'll be back. Faafetai, Landie
