What a fabulous hotel!! Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, awesome bartenders, incredible location and amazing staff. It was our first stay at a HotelOne property but won't be our last.

One of the best hotels I have ever had... Thanks for the top job...

Recommended by a good friend. It was a great recommendation. Price/performance for the
location absolutely okay. Friendly staff. Great bar in the evening. With air conditioning
that actually deserves the name. Super comfortable medium-firm/soft
mattress that probably suits (almost) everyone. Someone really has a handle on things there.
You wish for that more often. Other hotels could still learn a lot
from this hotel. BRAVO MOTEL ONE ... Gladly again anytime...
Furthermore, it was deathly quiet all night and the air conditioning was extremely quiet and powerful.
Air conditioning. Only parking the car was a bit cumbersome.
Otherwise, my absolute, unconditional recommendation.
I have already been to over 200 hotels, so I know what it is all about...

The room and bed were great. The staff was very accomodating by allowing us to leave our luggage while we toured the old town before boarding our cruise ship. The location was right next to old town with a convenience store just across the street. Highly recommend.

A real Gem!

Just spent 5 days in this excellent hotel. Ideally situated in the heart of the city, near to all attractions and well serviced by the great tram and bus facilities and within easy reach of the main station. Comfortable clean rooms, and really great helpful staff, we’ve been very impressed with the service provided. Very quiet attractive location. Highly recommended.

Rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff assisted with all needs. Location in Basel was excellent, in the heart of old town providing for easy walking tours.
