This place was immaculately kept. The staff was super helpful. The room was compact but not crowded very cozy, Shower was great as week close to subway and all of Chinatown. Bed was very comfortable. I hope to return one way and I highly recommend Kinn Studios.

The room is as it says on the tin - Cosy.
That said, it was clean, modern, staff all very friendly and, given how busy Chinatown is, it was lovely to find somewhere quiet. Very well connected to the local train stations, good coffee, food & more. Couldn’t ask for more for a two-night stay.

Fabulous simple but very clean room well positioned for Chinatown and the MRT. The room has everything you might need -there is a central pantry store for water etc, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it for a short stay/long weekend in Singapore.

Comparisons
Reception on arrival was warm, along with information given about facilities available (which was very little anyway), and an accompaniment to the room to establish a key lock security code.
From this point onward, very little interaction occurred whenever leaving or returning to the accommodation. Very different from the considerably friendlier greeting given to us when we stayed at the accommodation (Kesa), next door.
No other information was imparted other than an acknowledgement of booking, payment and location of our unit.
Comparisons are in this case inevitable, since both accommodation establishments are next to one another, and the pricing is virtually the same. So, value for what is received, becomes an important factor.
Room was a studio arrangement, and a little larger than the one we had at Kesa. Contained a comfortable queen-sized bed, small refrigerator, work desk, and electric jug. Also had a small safe, which was great. Unlike Kesa however, coffee and tea supplies were minimal.
Unlike Kesa, which provided free view television, the only options in KINN were pay view television such as Netflix, YouTube, and Google. Also, unlike Kesa, maintaining a Wi-fi connection was often a frustrating exercise.
Bathroom was of a good size and had a great shower. However, there being no shower curtain, a dousing of the floor became an inevitable outcome, and leading to wet feet exiting the bathroom.
Bench space around the basin was minimal, although compensated to some degree with a large drawer space below the basin. Having the Towels replaced each day was however an exceptional, and very welcome bonus.
Extremely well located for a large variety of local eateries and public transport options. Whatever Google tells you, those travelling on the MRT, Maxwell MRT Station is by far the most convenient station to use, allowing you very easy travel to any anywhere in Singapore.
Having now stayed in both side-by-side establishments, my mind has indeed become firmly fixed on which establishment will be my first preference for each future return visit to Singapore.
