It's not bad, buuut...
-The rooms are spacious, clean... but they need a more thorough cleaning. The beds and the bathroom will always be perfect, but you notice that the walls have stains from use, that the curtain has something strange stuck to it, that a piece of furniture has some of the wood chipped off, or that there is rust in some parts of the bathroom. The beds are excellent, they even have a pillow menu.
Speaking of rooms: they have a window that looks into the bathroom. You can lower the curtain so it cannot be seen, but even then, silhouettes are noticeable. Keep this in mind if you are shy or do not have much confidence with the person you are sharing the room with.
-At the spa, we were served by a wonderful girl who promised to crack my back with a vengeance, and she did. An excellent massage accompanied by an hour in the water area... but as you are submerged in the pools, you notice that there are tiles with rust stains or some broken ones.
-The breakfast buffet is good, it has a lot of options and is very well-maintained, but the price is somewhat exorbitant. €22 per day is not affordable for everyone. I took it out of curiosity, but I could only afford one day. But very good in terms of food, flavor, and variety.
-Gym. I don't usually go to gyms on vacation, but I wanted to try it. It is open 24 hours a day, in case you feel the strange need to lift weights at 4 in the morning, it is clean and has a little bit of everything. It gets you out of a pinch if you have a sports craving.
-It is a bit far from the center. The area is quiet, but if you have many plans in the center, be prepared to take the subway a lot and for a long time.
In general, it is not a bad place, but it needs a couple of renovations and cleaning. For a few days, as we did, it is fine.

Great hotel, location slightly too far out
The room was soooo cold, I loved it, my daughter didn’t. The thermostat didn’t seem to change the temp no matter what we tried. What we did agree on though was the pillows and the mattress. COMFY. We slept so well.
The reception staff were brilliant. The lovely lady that helped me with my return flight was so calm and understanding whilst I was mid panic.

Very average
Check-in on Thursday was mixed, tone dry and cold, no smile, condescending explanation for how the garage works. Pool in need of renovation and deck without tile. Floor not clean during days of use. Excellent breakfast and pleasant room staff and very clean room. It was better before.
