A very proper and recommendable hotel.

Our room, which was a superior one, had a proper size, with a balcony, was very quiet, and clean.
Just one comment: the sofa and the pouf were very worn out and uncomfortable.
We had dinner one night and the dishes we chose were very good.
The breakfast was abundant, although in my opinion there was too much industrial sweet stuff, although there were also homemade cakes.
You can tell by the service that it is a family hotel: we had a small health issue and in the morning we asked if we could cancel that last night, they did not put up any obstacles and we did not have to pay anything at all, it was a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciate.
Free parking behind the hotel.

Quality rooms, friendly staff.

Well fitted out, good quality, comfortable room. Properly functioning AC.
Friendly and extremely helpful reception staff.
Public areas clean and tidy, and well furnished.
Restaurant dinner served good food with prompt friendly helpful service.
Bar staff not mostly not friendly nor efficient.
Restaurant breakfast poorly organised buffet layout hence chaotic and inordinately slow. Food has extreme emphasis on sweets for which little demand. Little of UK flavour food, but main problem is disorganised layout and many people trying to eat at same time.

Terrible

Let's talk about the customer service, terrible! We already know that in the month of August there are more people and more work, but what cannot be allowed is treating the customer like that! Bad looks when you try to consume inside the establishment, you ask the waiter to serve you and he looks at you in a rude way as if he's doing you a favor, when you manage to get served your food arrives almost jumping off the plate because it is still frozen! Ahh but when it comes to charging they are faster than Marquez and even then trying to overcharge you.

Tour of the Pyrenees

Of the best hotels I have found in terms of location, friendly quality of service and facilities. The hotel's decor is typical of the mountain, very interesting, the room is spacious, the bed is extremely comfortable. Excellent quality/price ratio. I recommend it, no doubt.

Standard double room was cosy. Balcony made up for it.Ski resort was a 15 minute drive up the mountain. Bus only at weekends. So car park was busy. Skiing was excellent for all standards. Local atmosphere in Benasque was wonderful. It is best not to book evening meals as there is so much choice. Next year a gondola will be available from Benasque to Cerler. Definitely coming back.
