Hotel Perla

What a great little hotel! From the moment we arrived we were very impressed, the girls on reception are great, so friendly and always very helpful. We had a pool view room, which I would recommend as opposed to the street view. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and rooms are cleaned daily, with fresh towels. The pool area is very good, a big screen tv, music playing and a pool bar with very reasonable drinks/snacks, which makes for a great atmosphere, but not loud/rowdy at all.
The hotel is minutes from the liveliness of the strip but at the same time far away enough that you are not bothered by any noise. I would definitely recommend a stay at Hotel Perla!

AVOID

arrived on the 15th August for 3 nights checked i at the perla hotel, and 1st off needed to pay £150 deposit per room although a charge isn't the problem the problem was the amount! ive stopped in some nice hotels 5*plus and never been charged this amount so please take extra to cover this, when I said to the receptionist this wasn't mentioned i was told to take it up with my provider. RUDE! We then went onto the rooms and have to say it was NOTHING like the pictures the rooms were basic and mouldy there was water on the floor constantly from leaks from the roof outside my room which i almost slipped on a couple of times, and no-one seemed interested in would avoid this hotel much better out there for less money

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Very disappointing experience. Due to a family bereavement, I had to leave early, leaving my two guests behind. Despite the booking being made for them, they were refused accommodation and forced to pay for another hotel. Given the circumstances, the lack of understanding and customer service were extremely rude, shouting and refusing to listen when I phoned from the UK to try and sort. A refund is clearly warranted.

OK hotel. Vile staff

Hotel is OK, great location for bars and clubs. Pool is OK, bit short on sun-loungers but have to be up early. Bar is great. Rooms are OK, AC was good but no fridge.
They do demand a 150€ deposit!
Reception staff, especially Rosa, are vile. Very rude upon arrival, ordering our party around then decided not to give us our room (we had 2 guys cancel last minute) so put us in one room and wanted to cancel spare room without refund despite paying for it. Rosa eventually refused to talk to us, as did her manager, very bad attitude from them. Luckily the holiday provider came to the rescue and got a refund from them so the hotel lost out!

Great hotel

There is alot of bad criticism around this hotel but for me and the wife there is only positive and no negatives clean and polite service respect to the staff
