Place was beautiful , but drains in hotel was really bad smell… Also staff were not over friendly ..

Horrible experience.

We booked four rooms directly with the hotel for a family trip. I stayed here a year ago and it was a much better place then.
The air conditioning in our room has not worked since we arrived. It works in the other rooms we booked, so this was one broken unit that needed fixing. Maintenance came once, said everything was fixed, and left — nothing changed. It is still 26°C in the room, with 34°C outside. Three days on, it is still not fixed.
Several of our rooms smell of mould. When we raised it, we were told there was nothing they could do about it. That was the answer to the AC as well: the first time I called, I was told nothing could be done, and every call since has got the same line — “maintenance is busy, I don’t know when they can come.” No one follows up, no one checks whether a repair actually worked, and no one has offered us a different room.
The rest matches. The bathroom doors don’t close properly in any of our rooms. The toilets in the public areas are dirty. The restaurant staff are chaotic and unfriendly, and come across as snobbish.
I brought my whole family here because of how good my last stay was. I wouldn’t book again.

I don't think we'll be back.

We went last year and it was great, we came back this year and not so much, they messed up the reservation date and it's a good thing they fixed it later, a girl named Fiamma told us the spa was included and then it turned out it wasn't, they told us they would ask the manager and they didn't tell us anything, we also saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

Only the restroom is acceptable.

Prices are very inflated for a 4-star hotel; the pool is nice but feels like a hot tub. The worst part is that they charge you €150 without notifying you at reception (it appears in small print) and refund it when you check out. In other words, you spend more than €200 for the room and add €150 more... the only redeeming feature is the bathroom, which is futuristic.

It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late.
