Lovely hotel
We have just returned after a week here , I can honestly say we had the best holiday
The hotel was so clean, well presented , all the staff were lovely and always very polite and happy to help
The choice of food in the all inclusive was lovely , I really dont understand negative comments on the food at all, loads of choice always varied we felt
Pool area was amazing , never felt crowded , loads of sunbeds , we never had any problem even if we went down a little later in the day
Activities every day , enjoyed watching all the pool ones even if we didnt join in , animation staff worked hard all the time amd children loved them
Really good evening entertainment also all the nights we were there
Rooms always cleaned daily, smelt fresh with clean towels and bedding
Lovley location , 5 mins walk to the beach which we did every morning and had a coffee on the sea front , selection of small shops and supermarkets
The only negatives we had , and these were small and didnt deter from our enjoyment were that we would have loved tea/ coffee facilities in the rooms ,would have been nice to have a coffe on waking without having to wait for breakfast , also would have liked to have been able to change the pool towel more than every 4 days These were very minor things which would have enhanced our stay, but we loved it and would definitely return

Mostly positive, clean, good food but lots to improve.
Mostly positive but: could not have dinner at punctually 21 o'clock, they did not even allow me to take a plate with snacks for my 5 year old daughter on the terace, milk was to old in the coffee machine (tasted bad, and remained in the coffee cup), must pay for drinks at dinner but at 22 o'clock drinks are free from the Coca-Cola machine .Air conditioning in the room is almost inexistent but in the dinning room it is freezing cold, pool closes az 18 o'clock which is a shame if you want to relax after a hot 35°C day. Safe in the room should be free of charge, was gratis at all of the other hotels i stayed in.Furniture is out-dated with just one connector for chargers. Car rental prices at the reception are 50% higher then at a normal rent-a-car in center Can Picafort.

Good but could be better
Really enjoyed my stay, loved the staff who were friendly at reception, great with Activities particularly Maud and Guacamole. Lifeguards were great in particular a lovely lady (Nathara) who was good at responding to incidents around the indoor pool. Meals were good but at times did feel to be on the cheaper side, and same for the room which was great to sleep in but decor felt outdated. Spa facilities unfortunately were the most disappointing of all and one of the biggest reasons I cant rate this place higher. Overall my experience was good and would still recommend as its a great location to stay at.

Dated but clean hotel with brilliant staff
We had an excellent time at exagon park. Although the hotel is dated it was very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. In particular the cleaning staff, Guacamole from the entertainment staff was amazing with the kids. Lionel from the dining room staff was so friendly and enthusiastic. The pool was a great size with beautiful surroundings with plenty of sun beds. There was entertainment for adults as well as children which we were really impressed by. There was lots of choice at meal times with lovely freshly made bread, salad and fruit. We would happily stay here again

Concernant la restauration, notre buffet propose chaque jour différentes options de viandes, poissons, salades, légumes et desserts. Nous respectons bien entendu vos goûts personnels, même si votre perception d’un manque de variété ne correspond pas à notre offre habituelle ni à l’expérience de nombreux autres clients.
En ce qui concerne les animations, nous proposons un programme régulier d’activités, de divertissements et de spectacles, tout en veillant à préserver l’atmosphère calme et détendue qui caractérise notre hôtel. Nous estimons donc que l’offre d’animations est suffisamment variée et regrettons que vous n’ayez pas pu en profiter ou la découvrir pleinement pendant votre séjour.
