Muy bueno!

El restaurante no está a primera linia, sin embargo tienen buena cocina, reconocido por guia michelin. Cuando llevas unos días en la isla y te apetece comer o cenar algo diferente, es un buen sitio. Carnes y pescados muy buenos. Entrantes para picar geniales y los postres valen mucho la pena.

Not recommended for value for money

There is no safe
There is no TV set
Poor breakfast and served on a wooden cutting board with no choice. Spoiled fruit on the cutting board. There is no buffet.
Work on building attached to the hotel from 8.00 am with drilling of walls and pneumatic hammer
Non-existent terrace adjacent to that of the next room with a booth from which you can see everything. It looks like a terrace for the prisoners to get some fresh air with a view of the window of the next room.
Window with curtains attached to the door so they cannot be opened if you want privacy, you have to lock yourself in the room.
The biggest problem is that in a hotel that has a 2 Michelin star restaurant all this cannot be accepted. Then two Michelin stars are definitely not for breakfast. Absolutely not recommended.

Totally recommended

The hotel is super central and it is very easy to park on the same street. The rooms are large and spacious, with a very calm atmosphere. It is perfect for visiting Ciutadella, since you are literally in a couple of minutes in the center itself or in the port's restaurant area. Very good breakfast with four options to choose from daily (you choose them in advance for the next day).

Bellissima stanza e ottima posizione

L’hotel è situato nel centro di Ciutadella, davanti alla fermata del bus “plaça del pins”. La camera è essenziale ma molto curata e abbastanza spaziosa. Il personale è disponibile e cortese. La colazione era ripetitiva per quanto riguarda la parte dolce, e un’altra nota negativa per noi è stato non potersi fare la doccia ed usare il bagno contemporaneamente, a causa della presenza di un’unica porta scorrevole. Per il resto la nostra permanenza qui è stata piacevole e consigliamo questo hotel!

Tutto fumo niente arrosto come il ristorante

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per la nostra vacanza, l'abbiamo prenotata quando era ancora in fase di realizzazione viste le ottime recensioni del ristorante sottostante sempre di loro proprietà e per la voglia di vivere in una struttura che rispecchiasse lo stile del centro storico di Ciutadella. La struttura è completamente nuova, appena realizzata, con ottimi arredamenti di design contornati da elementi di legno di riciclo.
Le camere sono molto piccole, con pochi spazi dove riporre le cose e incredibilmente in camera nostra non c'era la porta del bagno. La colazione è di buona qualità, con prodotti tipici del luogo anche se non è pronta prima delle 8:30/9.
Se analizziamo tutto il contesto ci è sembrato che il personale sia un po' improvvisato alla gestione di un B&b, al nostro arrivo il water era sporco, c'era una lametta usata nella doccia e non ci avevano comunicato ne l'orario di check-in ne quello di check-out.
Speriamo che questi consigli potranno aiutarli a migliorare perché la location merita molte attenzioni.
