MAGNIFICENT LOCATION
It had minibar with two bottles of water and also very large TV.
The receptionist's attention was very good, a very kind girl.
And the magnificent location, inside Parquesur Shopping Center and to park there was no problem.
Whenever you return to Madrid, we will definitely stay at this hotel. I recommend it.

Lame hotel and Unfortunate reception
From 88 x 2 nights 176 we went to 2 nights 196 euros error of the people they have in reception.
I've been charged 20 euros more...... because of reception error I also have to add that the girl on Sunday morning September 22nd 09:30 hours was most unpleasantly ill-mannered, disrespecting only disrespecting her insult.....I could not put claim xq we had to go on a trip......and I put her here to help people who plan to stay in this hotel so that they don't....and if you read more reviews we all think the same a hotel that says it has 4 stars and I wouldn't give her 2......
I find it regrettable to arrive with a Reservation made quite a few months ago and at the time of charging me they tell me to call to reserve room with double bed with balcony..... as possible if when booking you are sent locator that I have saved in case you want to see....and with price of 88 euros......
And all because of the staff you have who don't know anything......
That being in front of the public they should respect the customers and not talk to them like that... with that high-handedness...... and that disrespect.
Disappointing hotel
Hotel that puts website with parking......Hahaha parking of the mall that if you are lucky and there are not many people takes 30 minutes to park.
Most disappointing.
I have to add that they only had one night when I had booked 2....
Disappointment after disappointment.....and if you see room the cleanliness shines through its absence.
The bad bed and mattress....it hurts up to my back.
And I have to say that a relative booked room for 4
2 adults and 2 children that the beds were fitted almost unable to move.....
And it's supposed to be a 4-star Hahaha.
Disappointing weekend with this very bad stay and I have more family and friends who have been staying and think like me.

Por otro lado, lamentamos la incidencia en el error de precio, entendemos que son cosas que pueden pasar y que con educación y respeto por ambas partes se puede llegar a resolver de una forma cordial. No obstante hemos pasado nota al Departamento correspondiente.
Una vez más lamentamos que su estancia no haya estado a la altura de sus expectativas.
