Amazing breakfast!! So so nice, much better than the breakfast we got at a 5 star hotel we stayed at the nights before coming to Finca Marisa. Every morning there was fresh orange juice, fresh baked cake or muffins, and a lot of other different savory and sweet breakfast options. The gym was also really good for being such a small hotel. Beds were comfy and the staff was really friendly.
The pool could have been a bit more clean, and they don't really clean your room (just empty the trash). And if you want to make sure to have a sunbed, I would book a room with a terrace because there are not so many sunbeds in the common area.
But all in all, great stay, good location, and I would come back and stay again :)

Bitten by bugs in the bed,
Private pool was not clean
Patio light open up during night and was impossible to close
The faucet in the bedroom was not fix and toilet seat.

"So, so?"

The estate itself is fine, although the first building is under construction, and not a good presentation overall the stay is pleasant but there are some important buts to note;
1.-The Madrid breakfast girl is a 10 and lovely but they have another in reception with very bad shapes and always telling us what we can not do.
2.- Total absence of a Management that gives a touch of elegance , touch and detail, it is very noticeable that a leader who orchestrates a friendly but very unstable team better.
3.-We left the reservation two nights earlier for a matter of "force majeure" and a young boy who we do not know what his role is there tells us to send an email but "believes" that they do not return anything.
4.-There is no room service and for an average price EUR 120 the night is the least that is dispatched.

8.-Rooms are fine.
But they can greatly improve detail, customer service and professionalism

Gracias por su comentario y por destacar aspectos positivos como el desayuno y la amabilidad de la persona que lo prepara, el parking y las habitaciones.
Nos gustaría aclarar que nuestro horario de check-in es a partir de las 16:00h. No obstante, y como cortesía por su llegada temprana en ferry, les ofrecimos acceso desde las 8:00h, con la habitación prevista para las 9:00h.
Su llegada se produjo a las 6:30h, antes de lo acordado, generando molestias a otros huéspedes a esas horas. Aun así, con el objetivo de atenderles lo mejor posible, nuestro equipo les facilitó una solución provisional mientras se terminaba de preparar su habitación, lo que implicó una reorganización adicional del servicio.
En relación con la atención en recepción, las indicaciones dadas se realizaron de forma educada y responden a normas básicas del alojamiento, especialmente en lo relativo a la privacidad (no acceso de personas externas) y al respeto del descanso del resto de clientes.
Respecto a su salida anticipada, esta se debió a cambios en sus propios planes (cancelación del evento al que asistían) y podían haber seguido el disfrute de sus nuestras instalaciones, por lo que no procede reembolso conforme a nuestras condiciones.
Agradecemos sus comentarios y seguiremos trabajando para ofrecer una experiencia cuidada y coherente para todos nuestros huéspedes.

Very disappointing.

False photos, the establishment is not up to the price. The pool area is not at all welcoming and not at all adequate to enjoy. Unheated swimming pool while the weather is gloomy and cloudy in summer in this part of the island.
Wet rooms, dirty, sheets that smell bad, garbage cans not cleared, no renewal of hygiene products, traces of moisture on the walls, traces of rust.
Staff who do not take problems into consideration and minimize everything.
Nice view despite everything and very good breakfast when it is Simona!

booked 3 nights didnt stay 24hrs

location and breakfast nice. place itself disappoints freezing cold no heating no air conditioning no heaters no kettle no cutlery. wet bedding- stored outside. no hot water. no privacy strange vibes. not maintained. hotel price but its a b&b with photo prop like areas.
