Excellent

Once again, we leave very happy from our stay from June 27 to 30, room 1030. Diego in charge of hospitality is a top professional you have. And María from entertainment deserves a 10. The beach has improved with the access, and having something at La Palapa is nice, except for the prices. It is very comfortable here. Oh, and the cleanliness, congratulations as well.

Old hotel with a musty smell.

The staff is friendly, but it is a very old hotel, the decor is horrible, white and yellow lights mixed together that show the lack of maintenance and care. It is a hotel from the 90s with absolutely no renovations or face-lifts. Dining room as noisy as can be, the food is good but not much variety, beds with spring mattresses and slatted bed bases that if you put them together you will hit the crack in the middle and fall to the floor, honestly a pretty bad experience for the fortune it costs, it is very poorly maintained. We came from a few nights at the Best Oasis Tropical and I don't understand why this hotel had a higher rating when the Oasis is much better, newer, and everything is much better, plus it's cheaper. If it were cheaper I wouldn't have a problem, but I think that for 300 and something euros a night for two people, it's worth being critical. I really think the rating for this hotel cannot be true...

Recommended for families 100%

A hotel that lives up to expectations from the moment you walk through the door.
We stayed for a week at this hotel and everything was wonderful, 100% comfort for families, they take care of every little detail.
To start with, the cleanliness, that feeling when you walk in is priceless, not a single corner of the room neglected. Perfect room every day, a 10 for the cleaning team.
Moving on to the rooms. Quite spacious, large beds, very comfortable bathroom. Small welcome details that add up, and a lot.
Let's move on to another important point, the buffet: varied, delicious, fresh, and once again the hotel staff's service stands out, speed, effectiveness, friendliness, and a lot, a lot of professionalism.
Finally, let's move on to the fun.
Slide pools where they allow us parents to go down with the little ones, something that helps them lose their fear and be able to enjoy it.
I cannot give an opinion on the mini club, as we did not use it.
And regarding the evening entertainment, it did not disappoint us a single day. From the acrobatic show, to Pedro Lucas's comedy, and ending with the Aladdin theater, both children and adults loved it.
I almost forgot the location: walk out, cross the street, and be on the beach, excellent.
We could say that we would return to Mojácar thanks to the Hotel Servigroup Marina Playa.
100% recommended.

Good hotel for children, but too many guests.

Overall, the stay was good.
The worst part was the meal times, where you had to queue to enter, and there was only 1 hour to serve yourself and eat. I have never experienced this in any 4-star hotel; I feel used by the hotel as their poor management fell upon us due to the excess of people.

El comedor se satura en momento puntuales, debido a que la mayoría de los clientes pasan a comer sobre la misma hora. Aconsejamos a nuestro cliente que vayan a primera hora, pero entendemos que cuando se está de vacaciones, no se está pendiente del horario. Tendremos en cuenta sus sugerencias y las pasaremos al departamento encargado para que pueda hacer seguimiento al respecto. Esperamos tener la oportunidad de hospedarle nuevamente en un futuro.

Hotel rooms we slightly dated. But all bed comfy and nice bathroom. And rooms fitted with a smart tv. It’s a very Spanish hotel which is lovely. Which means the kids club is all in Spanish but a few of the girls speak English which was lovely for our little girl. Food was absolutely fabulous, great options every night plenty to choose from. We have full board and never went hungry. Was a great place to stay
