Reliving that feeling of being "home again..."
LOCATION: since 2014, we have been guests of JS Hotel Alcudi-Mar eight times; we missed five years—meaning five reasons that kept us coming back to relive that feeling of being "home again." ATMOSPHERE: as always, even though the faces change, Spanish hospitality remains the same—plus something very special that we haven't quite been able to put our finger on, even after eight visits; so, we’ll just have to come back, won't we? ROOMS: much improved compared to our last visit (2022). In fact, the entire hotel has been "rejuvenated." VALUE: as Romanian middle-class retirees, we have appreciated, year after year, the optimal balance between the price of services and their quality. This applies not only to JS Hotel Alcudi-Mar in the area... CLEANLINESS: everything was perfect upon checking into the room; then, for seven days, we encountered the same HoReCa issues found across the EU-though they were barely noticeable at JS Hotel Alcudi-Mar... NOISE LEVEL: which one are you referring to? The exciting shows on the terrace every evening? SERVICE: see LOCATION + the half-board menu, improved and diversified year after year. The chefs and serving staff deserve to be congratulated. AMENITIES: perfectly available and, above all, well-thought-out.

Two wonderful experiences at this hotel in two different years
The hotel is situated in a great location, right across the road from Muro Beach; the services are excellent, and the food is varied. There are bus stops and a shopping area (with various shops) nearby. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are clean, though not particularly modern. Having stayed there twice, I highly recommend a visit—it is a peaceful area.

I had booked a single room, but was given an accessible room instead. As a result, the shower was at chest height, which made it quite inconvenient to use.
In the evening and at night, the room smelled strongly of sewage. The room was also only moderately clean. There were still toothpaste stains from previous guests on the makeup mirror. And it stayed there during my whole stay. The toilet seat was also loose.
Breakfast and dinner were acceptable, but nothing special.
The staff was nice and worked hard.
I would not book this hotel again.

Top!!!
Everything perfect, top facility, fantastic staff, reception, bar, dining room, and rooms truly available for every need.
Only Italian channels are missing, otherwise everything is okay.

A relaxing place
It was beautiful - the people are very friendly, lovely staff, very suitable for highly sensitive people. Everything is quiet and mindful. The guests come from different countries and are very respectful. A relaxing place.
