Rations in bad shape

This time we are very disappointed, we ordered a Russian salad tapa in the cafeteria, and when we tried it, the mayonnaise was chopped ... and some calluses that were stale ... we returned the two dishes because they were not to be consumed and ordered cod ... very good by the way.
Our surprise was that when we paid we were charged everything, including the dishes we returned. We are not to protest, but we will not return.
I hope it is a constructive comment for the owners.

They deserve a 10 score

We were tired of a long journey and here we find not counting a hotel that received us and our little one very fondly. We sleep like kings in a super comfortable room, mattress, pillow, bathroom, everything very comfortable, clean, quiet and for a restful sleep.
All the most pleasant staff, restaurant, cafeteria, and what to say about the receptionists? a love, especially Charo, a person of admirable human quality. I don’t exaggerate, sometimes there are situations that make you think like that and that there are still good people like her. Thank you to all the staff of this wonderful hotel and especially to you Charo. Galician eternally grateful and will not hesitate to come back and recommend it always.

good hotel and excellent treatment

We were a group of 36 people this weekend and the truth is that the treatment has been great from each and every one of the workers, from the women at the reception to the waiter in the dining room and the cleaning girls.
clean hotel and everything correct. plus excellent price. It is far from Valladolid but it is worth it

Renew mattresses please

They need to renew mattresses as soon as possible. I have ruined my back in two nights. Otherwise the hotel is correct, very clean, with everything you need and a very good location. It wasn't bad, but the back was terrible.
