A perfect summer dinner on a charming terrace
We had dinner on the garden terrace, a beautiful corner with a large walnut tree that provides wonderful shade and little lights that create a very cozy atmosphere. They also have another wooden terrace, but we loved this one because of how quiet and pleasant it is.
The food was delicious. We ordered some homemade croquettes that were spectacular, some very complete burgers, and some combination plates. I chose the garlic cuttlefish with potatoes and salad and it was very good: tender, tasty, and in a very generous portion. The potatoes were very well made and everything arrived freshly prepared.
The service was very friendly and attentive throughout the dinner, making us feel very comfortable.
Without a doubt, a highly recommended place to enjoy a quiet dinner in Escalona. We will definitely be back! Thanks for the attention and the good service, great team!!

A nice apartment. With a very nice view
It was a well-equiped appartment, where you can prepare basic meals with ease. It was a spacious place with a small balcony overlooking the mountains and trees. A perfect place to sit and enjoy the scenery.
The place has a lovely garden too, where one can sit and enjoy the rural atmosphere.
The service was pleasant and helpfyl.

Rocky river.
We had a nice peacefull rest at this small hotel on our way from the Costa del Sol to France.
The welcome we recieved was excellent, our room was quite big and had a very nice view of the mountains. The meals were good, plain and simple, we drank the house wine and enjoyed every drop. The little town was very pretty with lots to see, we also went to the river where we found a place to swim and a small area of sandy beach where we sunbathed. There were a lot of other people with their families sitting on the rocks and swimming in the river. Lots of nice walks on level ground beside the river. In the evenings there were games and puzzles in the residents lounge that were available for guests also WI FI and a computer for guests use.

Hotel sencillo pero agradable.
Las habitaciones que dan al aparcamiento y terraza son más calurosas (pero hay AA y ventilador) y un poco ruidosas por la salida y entrada de coches y motos (pocos) y las conversaciones de los clientes cenando (si quieres ir a dormir pronto). Pedí que nos cambiaran al otro lado la siguiente noche y sin problema, solo que la habitación era 5€ más cara. Los colchones blandos, para mi gusto. Tienen mosquiteras en las ventanas, muy buena idea.
