Fantastic!

Stayed 28th May till 1 June. I was initially booked into another building but contacted on 26 May to say no longer available,I had been rebooked. All I can say is wow and thank you singular for the massive upgrade.
I was allocated apartment Jacaranda a massive two bedroom duplex with a lovely terrace. Very well equipped inside and out. Great aircon clean and just wonderful. Downside is it has spoilt me for future trips!
Sincere thanks to the singular team who went the extra mile retrieving clothing I had left by mistake on check out day. Very highly recommended.

They left us on the street

They left us on the street 5 people because one of them had a setback and could not check in online. They didn't send the keys to the door and from 5pm no one picks up the phone. Some scoundrels.

Good Location

It is located near the Metro Parasol. It takes around twenty minutes by taxi from the train station. There is no check in counter at that premise, guests are required to check in on line before arrival otherwise the guests are required to go to there office to complete the check in procedure.Upon completion of check in, the hotel would send the guest a link for access to the building. I stayed there for two nights from 22 to 24 January 2020. Unfortunately, I was unable to access the links which they sent to me, the browser that I used was Safari..The room was spacious and clean. It was equipped nearly what I needed. But there was no make-up room service during my stay.

Too noisy! Lovely apartment but we couldn’t sleep

The property itself is nice and the hosts were very kind and helpful.
It’s a great location and well appointed although I must say I hate it when they only give you enough tea or coffee pods for one day on a three night stay. Seems so mean.
Be aware! We read another review that said the second bedroom was noisy. And boy is it noisy! We literally couldn’t fall asleep until well after Midnight for the buskers in the street and then we were woken every hour or so by drunken people on the pedestrianised street below.

Feria in Seville

We ( 7 of us) finally arrived after a flight delay. Not a problem for as I had already contacted Singular to let them know, who then sent me a Virtual key to enable us to access the apartment which had keys inside. We had rented 2 apartments during Feria. They were centrally located and made everything very accessible. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars within a few yards. The apartments themselves are tastefully decorated, stocked with a small supply of toiletries and washing up products.( We bought extra at nearby supermarket, very reasonable). Although there was no cleaning service as we only stayed 4 nights, someone did come in and change the towels. One of the apartments had a sun terrace with , plenty of outdoor furniture. If I am lucky enough to return to Seville I would not hesitate to stay here again.
