It’s OK - but I wouldn’t revisit.
Negatives
Location is the main thing - too far out.
No fridge in room.
No shop nearby.
No mirror in bedroom
Poor sound deafening from room above
Pool is tiny and very little shade around pool

Breakfast was great
Lovely view from premium room balcony (but not private)
In room air con was good

Embarrassing situation and not recommended
Disappointed with the experience, I have stayed twice; the first time the room was given to us very late, it was the family room (communicating), they need to renovate and finish preparing it to meet the name of "hotel."
And on the second occasion, it was as a couple supposedly in a superior room, during a heatwave the air conditioning did not work, and even having notified at 8 PM, we found ourselves on the street with our luggage because the hotel was full and they had no more rooms to offer since ours had a malfunctioning air conditioner. I had never imagined myself in such a situation, and the management, as they argued in response to my complaint, was absent during the peak season.

Tal y como le explicamos en su momento, la avería del aire acondicionado fue completamente inesperada y, al producirse con el hotel completo, nos fue imposible ofrecerle otra habitación. Entendemos perfectamente las molestias que esta situación le ocasionó y le pedimos nuevamente nuestras más sinceras disculpas.
Nuestro objetivo es siempre ofrecer la mejor atención posible, incluso ante incidencias imprevistas, y lamentamos que en esta ocasión no fuera posible encontrar una solución que cumpliera con sus expectativas. Esperamos que en el futuro nos brinde la oportunidad de demostrarle la calidad del servicio que habitualmente ofrecemos. Un cordial saludo.

I’ve stayed in this hotel many many times and it’s a fantastic Hotel in a fantastic position just outside town only 10 minutes walk to all the action.
Very clean with great staff and a nice breakfast.
Yesterday we were given a room in the main building where the reception is, the room was fine and the bathroom was really nice. The only problem I had this time was at 8 o’clock we were woken up by a terrible noise from the Gardener that went on until we decided to get up and we left. I’ve never had this problem before when I’ve stayed in the blocks behind the Hotel main building in the higher floor, rooms

Fantastic location and customer care
Short stay at Hotel Sitges, a very good location, great for the direct coach service from the airport in 30 mins. Easy to walk to the beach in 5 mins and the town in 10. Very clean and tidy, exceptionally lovely staff especially on the don’t deal and a lovely coffee shop attached.
I would bring your own shampoo as they have tried to be eco friendly which is fantastic but there is not enough in the room.
I would definitely return!
