Great location close to restaurants, bars shops. We hiked from the apartment each day which was convenient, the pay parking lot is behind the building. Don't park in the streets they do ticket.

Sea front views over the bay, well equipped and spotless clean room. Quiet location. Helpful host good access to local restaurants and cafes

Design vs. Functionality
The Repic Apartments consists of a single house which is centrally located in Port de Sóller directly in the first row of the beach on the promenade and yet quite quiet (evenings but also listening to (live) music). There are four floors for the rooms. On the ground floor there is a restaurant, elevator, check-in counter and toilets. The Repic offers Wifi - that works well too.
There is no catering - so no breakfast. But along the promenade and also right next door there are bakers and restaurants (right next door a super good and cheap bakery/breakfast restaurant). There are no employees like in hotels or apartment complexes. Every now and then you meet a female employee who takes care of various cares or brings things.
Rooms (we had Sea View Deluxe - 402 at the top) are really nice and stylish, have everything necessary and are clean. In the living room there was a pull-out couch, which we did not use. Bed in bedroom unfortunately no king size (soft mattress) but if necessary sufficient even with baby. Kitchen new and stylish with new and modern appliances. Kitchen utensils were a bit scarce, but totally sufficient for our needs.
More information: Small clothes rack on the balcony, safe / safe in the room, beach towels available, bathrobe provided, check out until 11:00, ample parking in the streets around the hotel - paid. Recommendation: uses EasyPark as an app. Some machines only use coins. Daily fee 7,50 € max. Otherwise Nespresso capsule machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, umbrella, wifi, hair dryer, sun terrace on the roof (umbrellas and loungers), interesting lighting concept in the apartment, microwave, 2 zones stove, kettle, toaster, refrigerator. In the bathrooms shower gel and soap available, quite soft mattress.
Shortcoming: Design meets functionality! Everything new, everything stylish, everything chic. But the planners and architects probably never lived here. In the bathroom no hooks and hardly any shelves, whether hallway to bedroom or bedroom to living room or kitchen there are no doors. Entrance area is equal to bedroom. There are two bathrooms - a walk-in shower and a toilet with sink. Both have frosted glass doors a la curtains in chic (not lockable, no seal, open at the top and each directly at the head of the bed). You hear everything, you smell everything, you suspect everything - trust and habit to the roommate should be present. Climate not serviceable without study. Also not the disabled elevator for the stairs outside - even with keys. The sink in the kitchen is beautiful but a pure provocation. It's so small (not even DIN A4 wide) it doesn't even fit a small plate. Means constantly rotating and wet kitchen when washing dishes. Anyone who installs and plans this probably only knows kitchens from stories. And where to eat?! No table with chairs except on the balcony. Checking in at the machine can cost nerves - scanning the identity documents almost makes you despair.
As for our baby, though, they really tried. Baby cutlery and dishes were brought, toys provided, baby bath towel, baby cot, baby chair provided.
We would come back just because of the location, the view, the modern rooms. But maybe just for a short trip.
Tip: Sea view room! Would even say sea view room rather than sea view deluxe because they have a significantly larger balcony and the kitchen in both categories is not separated from the bedroom.

Excellent Apartments
Excellent apartments very stylish and modern.
Check in was easy after we placed passport correctly in scanner. They also ask if you need more than one key which is good idea.
Mountain View apartment on 3rd floor was excellent.
It was spotless.
Kitchen area was perfect the doors opened to reveal kitchen and slotted in at the sides if you wanted to leave kitchen open.
Large fridge. Plenty of cups plates cutlery etc. Toaster and coffee machine provided. Below oven this also opens to reveal chopping boards and Tupperware that people might miss.
Sofa very comfy, table and chairs if you wanted to eat in the apartment.
Shower room and separate toilet all very modern. Hairdryer and bathrobes provided.
Bed was huge and so comfortable.
This apartment has 2 balcony’s for 2 people to sit on along with 2 more patio doors that also open.
Air-con easy to work and plenty of lightening.
Large TV and you can login to Netflix etc.
We are returning in February and have booked the Seaview apartment but when we return in May we are booking Mountain View again. I’m sure all are as nice as each other.
The restaurant below gives you 10% off if staying in the Repic. The food was lovely.

Great location right by the beach. The apartment was spacious, new, clean, and very comfortable. Check-in was easy, and communication by email was quick and efficient. The restaurant in the building is a big plus, with plenty of other good options nearby. A sea view isn’t really necessary since the apartments are on the shaded side anyway. The kitchen is a bit too small for cooking proper meals, but it works fine for breakfast. Overall, a great stay. I would gladly return!
