Very good overall

It is not possible to reserve a parking space in advance (with additional cost), that already does not please me. Hotel entrance, with stairs only for guests, we carry our luggage by hand; with the weight and the heat, it is tough. Beautiful entrance. Friendly and professional staff. Very large room - view of the pool - with a huge bed, perfect bathroom. Very varied and hearty breakfast, excellent coffee. Very beautiful pool, large and pleasant as it is very deep towards the end (2.80 m, a dream!!!!) but untreated against wasps that have nests everywhere. It is a shame; it removes the desire to take the chairs around.

Very good hotel.

Room with double bed, small wardrobe, chair and armchair; and bathroom with shower, and city view. The room was very well air-conditioned, although it was quite cold outside, in the room it was even hot. The hotel has a fairly large lounge with sofas for guests where the cafeteria is. We stayed four days, we were a fairly large group, 60 people, and everything went very well. Good breakfast, variety of bread, side dishes, fried food, varied fruit, coffees and some pastries (somewhat scarce), enough for breakfast. We had three days in the restaurant, and both the food, as well as the waiters service, excellent, and the food very delicious. We also made use of the cafeteria to have some coffee, and even one night we had dinner there, and all very delicious. As an observation, the hotel entrance has no access ramp, it has an electric chair ramp. The hotel is set within a 10-minute walk from the city center. In the area it is easy to park on the street. All in all a good hotel, and very friendly staff.

A more than correct hotel, weighed down by a lousy dining room/restaurant.

Stay in October with an organized group. Spacious rooms, already veteran, well soundproofed, good and comfortable mattresses. The location is good , although away from the center about 15/20 minutes walk. Attentive staff at reception, governor and cleaners. Positive mention for the Restaurant Table Service , where Maria Jesus and her companions were very efficient and professional. The worst: the dining room/restaurant, with poorly designed, poorly prepared and poorly presented menus, unbecoming of a 4-star hotel. The complaints of the group leader were never addressed and the week of stay almost no day we ate well or enough , very unprofessionalism on the part of the maitre or the cook. The hotel management should give them a nice touch of attention, working so badly they're gonna scare the customers.

ALL GOOD, THOUGH SOME THINGS WOULD HAVE TO BE TOUCHED UP.

I have stayed several times in this hotel and the truth is that it meets the standards of a 4 star hotel, I could only put a sting, and it is that in my view it needs a small renovation, some things have already become obsolete or are quite worn by the passage of time. If I'm not mistaken this hotel opened in 2008 and I don't know if they've given you any refreshments since then, but in my opinion you need; a paint hand, new mattresses, renovate bathrooms, and little else.
Otherwise everything perfect, I plan to come back.
