The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the tuk tuk stop. Nearby there are markets, a lively street with cafes and bars, a market.
The room is small, but cosy.
There was no hot water in my room, but the problem was solved with the help of the staff, but the strangeness is that there is a large bathtub in the room, it was filled with water very slowly for about 1 hour and only with hot water, cold water was only in the shower and on the sink for washing, it's inconvenient.
The staff is not very friendly, the waiters on the beach insistently ask for a tip.
In the evening, a magnificent fire show takes place on the territory of the hotel and the beach.

It was great....
Meanwhile, the old wooden bungalows have been completely replaced.
The Aircon is quietly doing its duty....
The staff is attentive, and the choice at breakfast has grown.
The coffee , especially that has to be paid for , but also the free for breakfast, is really delicious.
Menus have disappeared, all orders are made via QR code and mobile phone.
The food tastes good, a lot of fresh and Thai food... little Western food ... That's irrelevant.... Nothing has changed in the ambience, nor was it necessary.
Maybe you could do something with the music, because it's the same thing every day....
but that is whining on a high level....

Pros : The room and location is very nice. We stay just 6 ppl in a villa so it was so spacious.
Can walk to the beach for just a few steps and we enjoyed a lot.
Cons : the door was broken but they fixed later still a bit hard to open. The slipper in the room is super thin, can’t wear properly. The breakfast line is mostly pork and the orange juice tastes not good.
Overall is GOOD!

Great resort. Very friendly staff at reception. They allowed us to leave our bags behind the reception desk, as we arrived two hours before check-in time. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Buffet breakfast had good variety and was very tasty. Will definitely return and book Tonsak again.

Location and design it good but my room it not good. Some floors are damaged. The sink is slowly flowing down. Other rooms may not have problems. I want you to renovate the damaged room first.
The hotel area is still not clean and tidy. The items used to improve are not in place.
