Very friendly staff!

Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel home away from home: Mai, Chef Lee Kuan Foo, Risma, Mas, Knight, Plai, Rath, Tide, Chef Yee, Tee, Jasmine, Petch, Angga, Kie, Opal, Joy, Usman, Freud, Nu, Nam Wan, Cream, Vong, Make, Haroon, Chef Sak, Fah, Not and Bank.

Our first stay at this hotel, but it won't be our last.

We had a lovely 2-night stay here in mid-August: Papa and two sons (15 and 11).
We'd visited Phuket town many times in the past, but this was the first time since the hotel had become a Courtyard (with Marriott), so we were keen to try it out.
The location is great, with a 7-11 about a hundred metres away, and many other attractions and things very nearby. The building and decor are lovely. We had a family room, which was clean and spacious, and very comfortable. The pool was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were excellent!
Overall, an outstanding stay! We'll be back.

Location is great, staff super friendly

The hotel is located in a very good location, 100 meters walk from 711, across the road there are delicious dessert shops. The hotel pool is very clean and the gym equipment super full. Best of all, every staff member at the hotel was courteous to our guests and Jerry in the front office helped us tremendously with both room arrangements and trip planning. So did TIDE in the concierge, who helped us move up and down many times because we bought so much from supermarkets, and enthusiastically introduced their local favourites.

Wonderful Holiday

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my time here. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
A special thank you to Petch, Bank, and Tide Risma for their excellent service, kindness, and hospitality. They were always helpful and made me feel very comfortable during my stay.
Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back again. ❤️

Outstanding service

I would like to give a high recognition to the front desk staff MAKE, who is helping us to deal with payment and Bonvoy points issue with such professional service and lots of patience during our stay.
