It's great! I really enjoyed it!
Good afternoon! We had our first time in Thai, we really enjoyed it!!!! Rested 26.06.25 to 06.07.25
The hotel is new, clean. There's a handsome cat at the reception! The girls are friendly! Trying to understand you)) on the translator talk)) Wi-fi works great! You can ask for help at the front desk to make it, but the room on the door also has a login and password
Breakfasts aren't buffets, but they're delicious!
Choice:
1. 3 types of sengwiches (with sausage slices, tuna, chicken pieces)
2. 2 kinds of breakfast with egg (2 fried, or omelette (very delicious!) they are served a slice of bacon fried, sausage, and some other sausage, tomato. Butter, wait, 2 square toast (bread). I'll attach a photo.
And two or three more dishes can choose. Laziness describe))
They offer a choice of juice or coffee.
And bring a plate of fruit, different every day.
The room is small, 16m2 about. We weren't expensive, everything was calm, sleeping like dead.
Small balcony, for 1 person
The TV wasn't even on, little fridge, safe.
New towels given every day
2 bottles of water brought in every day too
All clean, toilet clean, shower clean too))) soap eat))
The air conditioning is working!
The bed was changed every day, clean!

We didn't plan to sit in the hotel all the time, in the morning woke up, washed, dressed, had breakfast and on the beach!!
On the ground floor in the pool area you can rinse your feet, very conveniently so you don't drag sand off the beach
Bar opens in the evening
5 minutes walk 7/11, 7 minutes walk another 7/11
Near 2 beaches, great!

I rooked hotly for a falcon, and what a falcon it was - it wasn't even about
I'm with my daughter at the hotel right now. I don't usually write reviews, but that's not the case. It seems that they are being cleaned, because the negative ones, I think, would be more numerous. Just talking in the cafeteria, and the girl was resentful, too.
1. Room. Tiny. The conder is flowing on the bed, and there's nowhere else to go. There's a midget sofa, but it's on the wind front, too.
2. Everyone here talks about the responsiveness of the staff. We're in a situation where my nose is up and I'm sleeping noisily. Went to the reception, explained the situation, asked: can you give a "cot", well, something to put it "around the corner", or m/b room with 2 beds. no, there are no such rooms, extra bed 500 baht per night. Eventually they came down to the blanket, on the floor like a scourge and slept. And two days ago, we had a two-bedroom + one-and-a-half in Patong, and a pillow menu!
3. Cleanliness. Yeah, not dirty. In the top three we had: caps, toothbrush, paste, soap, gels, slippers, cotton wands, in short, all the change. And here is a shin (2 bottles-on the sink and in the shower) and 2 black long hairs on the bathroom floor (we are blond)...
4. Separate breakfast song. After our three, it's a seam. Croissants, pancakes, 3 kinds of cakes, bread 5 kinds, I don't mention anything, it's just toast. That's it. For cabbage vegetables, tomatoes, cucumber-fat mayonnaise (we had 3 types of watering with normal flavor). Tea... is not tea, as Zhenya Lukashin used to say "no, it's not a bay fish"... And, drum roll, outdoor dining. So you'll be sitting indoors feeling like you're in a bathhouse. There are fans on the ceiling, they didn't help me.
5. Buy fruit - there is no saucer or plate in the room to wash and put.
On the plus side:
1. Yeah, gorgeous kitty. But if they told me, instead of a cat at the front desk, there'd be two extra meters in the room, the choice is obvious.
2. Lakey's a soul. Nice push, cheerful.
3. Hotel design. Style is present, youth will definitely come in. Yeah, I think there's air deodorization, well, at least the hallways are stuffy, but not damp.
Conclusion: the odd foursome. If you pick on the criteria, it's like it's all right. In fact, comfort is lacking.

Nice fresh mini hotel, excellent location
Pros:
• It was reasonably budgeted to buy rooms for January (in August)
• Excellent location, exactly in the middle (3-5 minutes) between
o Kata Night Market (12 to 24)
○ Kata Beach(best for children)
○ Karon Beach(best for adults)
• Managed to park a rental car (but better booking)
• Not small rooms with balconies
• Very clean with daily cleaning
• Air conditioning, refrigerator cools well
• Ability to take pool towels, mats and beach bags
• Of course the fluffy guest at the reception
Cons:
• If windows are outside, before the noise from tuk-tuk music until 01:00 approx., for slumbering - not an option
• Through the crack of the door to the balcony the hum in the slightest wind
• Water in the sink without heating
• Pillows are strange
Recommendations:
• To prevent the door from buzzing, they started to leave the door open with the lock shutter
• To prevent the air conditioner from "blowing off the bed", lift the curtain with your hand towards the ceiling
• Cool café in the next building (although shoes need to be removed)
