You're amazing, Löwe!

We booked for 5 nights and 6 days. I'm so glad I met the Personnel Manager, Ms. Pınar; we loved her. I'd also like to thank the Operations Manager, Mr. Erhan. The restaurant staff and the manager, Mr. Ergün, did a great job for my daughter's birthday celebration; they were all very friendly and welcoming. And of course, we can't forget Chef Murat. The food, appetizers, and desserts were delicious. Mr. Hüseyin and the others at reception were very attentive. The hotel was clean and hygienic, the rooms were clean, the pool was adequate and very clean, the sea, the sand, the cafe, the staff – in short, everything was wonderful. You can go with peace of mind. Thank you, Löwe Hotel...

Amazing experience, thank you to the staff <3

I stayed in the Löwe Hotel for two weeks and just got back home yesterday. 6 of us stayed here and this trip was honestly the best two weeks of my summer☀️ The best part was the hotel staff. Incredible service the whole time we were there. The staff made us feel so welcome and seen, and always treated us with kindness. I especially want to thank Enes who worked at the bar. He makes amazing drinks, always works with a smile on his face, actually listens to customers and made our trip so much better with his positive attitude. But overall the whole restaurant and bar staff is just amazing. The cleaners also always did a phenomenal job and the staff at the reception always helped us really well if needed The food was good and I liked that there was a couple theme nights (Turkish and fish). Pool area is nice, clean and not too crowded and I liked that you can also easily take the bus to the hotel’s own beach. Although, I would add one bus that takes from the beach to the hotel between 12:30 and 15:00. Drinks at the hotel were good but you can’t get cocktails at the beach but that wasn’t a problem for us. There was lunch available at the beach which was nice if we wanted to spend more time at the beach. The location is really good, not too far away from the old city and markets are near (maybe a 10 minute walk). You can also easily take a bus to Manavgat which has a big bazaar couple times a week. Overall, we really loved this hotel and would definitely come again!

Lyovushka

The hotel was booked independently, without a tour operator. The hotel is well-kept, feeling like it's been renovated. The doors are new, the rooms are very clean and fresh. Pastel underwear is snow white and clean. They took a room with a view of the surrounding area, a pretty view of the green area where the bulls and cow grazed. The property itself is small, but everything is compact, clean and cozy. Kind staff everywhere. We moved in quickly and immediately, despite the nighttime arrival. The number of holidaymakers is Turks and foreigners. It's mostly old age, with little or no children. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. It is well ensured that peace and comfort are observed. The food in the hotel is decent. Breakfasts are pretty good, like everywhere else, hot eggs, omelets from the fire, pancakes hot. Lunches and dinners aren't bad either. There was meat and fish.
Beach. Choosing a hotel just because of the beach. He's on line three, but he doesn't border on anyone. Sandy shore, plenty of sunbeds, free beach line. The toilet is new, fresh, clean and working. The beach workers are caring.
There is a hotel shuttle service to the beach. He's alone with the Amur Hotel. But t to we were at the end of April , then the transfer rode almost empty, always clearly on schedule. In general, you can walk to the beach safely for 25 minutes.
Free billiards , very convenient to survive the heat playing .
There are many shops nearby. We walked to the manavgat.
It was comfortable walking to the old seat. It's 10 minutes on the beach.

Happy Holidays

We arrived 24th August for 11 nights room 317. On arrival there was a problem with room so stayed at sister hotel Amour. These things happen but it was handled professionally. Lovely chilled hotel and first impressions are good. Will update throughout holiday. Also the hotel owner is very personable. All good

There has been no soft drinks since the bar opened as the pumps are broken. Management should be buying bottles untill fixed.

No English tv channels at all.

No air conditioning turned on in restaurant. Vey uncomfortable On a plus side food is excellent

Really having a very relaxed holiday. Every meal has been lovely.. The shower is excellent. Would love a cocktail list on the bar, most bar staff just offer a Sex on the Beach, and they don't taste great.

There is one young bar man who has no interest in customer service Never smiles and serves bad drinks. He should not be working serving guests. (See photo image 1)

The evening bar staff team are brilliant and a credit to the hotel.(image2) Just a shame the daytime service is not up to this standard.

Sad 2 weeks vacation

This was a very bad experience for the first time so the food supply was very bad, the staff in the bar was very incompetent and could not English we had to explain 3-4 times about what we want so we got wrong anyway.
The room was very unfresh as well as old building that had its faults such as it could not flush the feces and felt me as an inspector to go and get it fixed all the time about things that did not work. Cleaning was not carried out in the room when you had to take out all the bed clothes and throw on the floor.
The pool area was quite okay, as a cat owner I didn’t think it was so disgusting with cat faeces and pee smell 24/7 and cat poop by the sun loungers.
If you have the opportunity and book somewhere else do it because this will be a real headache.
